The location was spot on. Very central. Designated and secure parking was great in a busy town. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Good shower and comfy beds. We are out so didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well equipped.
We know Oban and the surrounding area and islands well but for first time visitors some local information would be a bonus- not a criticism just a suggestion to add to an excellent facility

Perfect location close to everything with a beautiful view.
Glass doors to terrace were very dirty.

Breakfast was not available. Great views from bedrooms & lounge, & balcony of Oban bay, although on 4th floor lift worked very well, in the middle of the town, but no noise!! Nice big bathroom, with good shower. well-equipped and good-sized kitchen, bedrooms ok with comfy beds. Would stay again.
Written instructions on how to use various items, ie put a label on the immersion heater switch!!!, couldn't connect to wi-fi Winder on the bedroom blind was missing couldn't get it back up without a chair

sitting room chairs and carpet were dirty and grubby,towels were very smelly like broken biscuits,i don't think they were laundered
