Location and space in apartment easy parking nice and warm good heating system large space bedroom
Shower faulty water ran from the pipework at a joint
Some maintenence work required to repair damaged goods like the living room unit drawer being off its hinges the freezer drawers broken and freezer over freezing up the bedside lamps and phone holders broken and have been since last visit march 2025
Housekeeping should report the damaged to enable the work to be done instead of the apartment falling into a state of disrepair. These are constructive comments only we have usedthe apartment 5 times now and want to keep doing so hence the remarks.
Outside stairwell graffiti on walks this could use a wee like of paint also as its a bit unsightly on entrance

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und bietet einen schönen Ausblick in den Hafen.
Man ist mitten in der Stadt und nah am Wasser.
Das Treppenhaus und der Weg dorthin hätte uns fast davon abgehalten überhaupt in die Wohnung zu gehen.
Man erreicht es über einen Hinterhof, welcher sehr dreckig ist.
Das Treppenhaus ist ebenfalls dreckig und sehr heruntergekommen.
In der Küche fehlt es an Ausstattung.
Töpfe und Pfannen sind so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden.
Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist okay, aber auch nicht so berühmt, dass ich sie lobend erwähnen würde.
Beispielsweise sind auf den Fliesen im Bad Wasserflecken/Kalkflecken.
