Location excellent. Good facilities. Easy check in.

1. Had to ask for checkin instructions as didn’t get email 2. Main bedroom smelt of smoke. Responded to email by leaving air freshener in room. Stated would clean carpet. No offer of compensation until asked then offers discount off next booking. Live in NZ so not much good to us
