Location, size of the flat, well played out and equipped
Shower wasn't very warm the first day, sofas weren't the most comfortable, it friend couldn't settle heating on, she feels the cold easy. Lack of parking

I liked the property, everything was there that we needed
I hate this bit.. well the stairs are an issue but only if you can’t climb them. Floors are creaky but it’s an old building, I felt sorry for the people below. The living room needs a blind or curtains. Depends on taste, it personally didn’t bother me but it did my sister. And she was heavy on her feet incase anyone was blaming me!
