Fantastic place and great accommodation with an owner who goes that extra step so welcoming!

The property had everything we needed and was close to where we wanted to be . The property was immaculate and has parking outside the property for a small charge which was very good for me as I’m disabled and struggle with my mobility. There was parking for free behind the property but it does have a steep slope and it’s only a few minutes away. The owner left all the basics in a welcome package to start off your break which was greatly appreciated after a 6 / 7 hour drive ! Thanks again and we hope to stay again

Nothing the property is perfect ! We go to Oban 4/5 times a year to visit our grandson and would love to stay here again. It gives a homely feeling !

One word - excellent!

A really beautiful apartment - comfy, lots of space and I loved the high ceilings! Clean/ spotless. Fantastic location. All the facilities we needed and more. The food hamper was lovely too ☺️

Was a bit worried as we hadn’t received any further communication since the automatic booking confirmation, until we phoned the owner 2 weeks before we were due to stay. So no communication in approximately 2 months. The owner was lovely when we phoned to ask how we get the keys, but something to bridge that gap would have saved us worrying.

A wonderful home from home ! An exceptional experience.

Immaculate , and a well equipped property . Beds were super comfortable , and the whole place was fresh , and well maintained. The Hamper full of goodies, and having milk , butter , jam ,and the lovely welcome of a large bottle of Prosecco and beer , in the fridge, was a very pleasant and an unexpected surprise. Ian has certainly made this a home from home , and I would highly recommend a stay here . The off street parking was also very welcomed bonus . We loved it!

The flat is beautiful. Furnishings and decor are all to a very high standard and it all looked newly done. Bed was very comfortable. A home from home as every detail had been thought about. Ian is a very thoughtful host and the hamper was incredibly generous and welcoming - Prosecco, beer, milk, bread, chocolate and other goodies. The flat is also so close to Oban town centre - we walked to the restaurant.

Really enjoyed our stay, a special thank to Ian for introducing himself to us and recommending places to eat.

Spaciousness all rooms were of a generous size, easy to walk to/from the main part of town. Having travelled by train we were delighted with the hamper full of just the right things to have a drink on arrival. We only used the toaster but the kitchen was well equipped to cook if on a budget.

Small things really no shower mat or bin in bathroom. Maybe a tumbler to put toothbrush/toothpaste into.

Great location to everything, clean, safe for walking, quite street, and no street noise in apt.

The host, Ian went above and beyond to help us. Prior to arrival, he had EXCELLENT communication with us. When we arrived, we had a flat tire that could not be repaired by our car rental company due to it being a Saturay of a holiday weekend. I notified Ian and he jumped into action. He was able to call in to his local contact and was able to get us fixed up with a new tire, on a Sunday morning. He parked the car outside of the apartment and gave us the keys by 10:30 and we were on our way. If not for Ian's kindness, we don't know what we would have done. Such a lovely man. Goes way beyond, to make your stay comfortable. Also, the location is absolutely perfect. Short walk to everything Oban has to offer., but in a quite area.

The apartment dweller above, walked around in high heels, but was otherwise quite. There is nothing that I didn't like.

Great location, spacious, comfortable flat. Ian left us a bottle of prosecco and some beers in the fridge. He also left bread, jam biscuits, crisps etc which was a nice touch. Walking distance to the centre. We would definitely recommend.

Ian was very friendly. The apartment had everything, it was like a home from home. He provided little extras over and above. I'd go back again and recommend it to my friends and family. Location very central to restaurants and the town. Great find

Great 2 bed apartment in Oban

Apartment in town and was nicely laid out, clean, and modern. Ian met us at property and had laid out a welcome pack with all the essentials and some extras which was really appreciated! Made it feel very welcoming! Close to town so walking about was easy. Beds were so comfy and great kitchen with everything you would need. Sky sports pleased hubby and movies pleased son so all very happy 😊

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber. Wir kamen spät in der Nacht an und freundlicher Weise war das Licht für uns angemacht. Auch eine kleine Auswahl an Snacks, Süßkram und alles für das Frühstück wurde bereit gestellt. Danke dafür! Endlich gab es zudem genug gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten für alle. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos, aber sehr eng und könnte besser ausgewiesen sein.

Problemlose Übernahme und Abgabe via Schlüsselbox. Rasche Kommunikation mit Ian, dem Owner. Salz, Gewürze, Essig,Tee, Kaffee, Zucker waren vorhanden. Sehr nettes Welcomepaket von Ian mit Toast, Butter, Prosecco, Snacks and Sweets; sehr geschätzt.

Hätte mir Bedienungsanleitungen für die Heizung und das Warmwasser (Durchlauferhitzer) gewünscht und ein wenig Infomaterial über Oban.
