Amazing family getaway

The villa is massive, plenty of space for 6 adults. Beds were comfortable, lots of storage for a longer stay. 3 shower rooms. It's a 12 minute walk into town. Quite a big hill but if you take it slow, it's fine. Julie was amazing - there was a bit of a boiler issue but she rectified it quickly and was very helpful.

Such a lovely place to spend time with friends,chilling in the living room with the log burner just made it for me.

Peaceful location and generous proportions

Well equipped accommodation and peaceful location. Daily visits from red squirrels. Great sized space, big enough for a decent game of holiday home hide and seek! The place is up a very steep hill, which I loved for my daily walks, but the grandparents were able to get a taxi from the town centre rank easily enough to avoid the walk.

We had a great holiday, sad to leave.

We liked everything about the house. The owner was very helpful and available if we needed anything. After a day of walking it was lovely to come back cook some food (or get a takeaway) and settle down in front of the wood burner and watch some to tv. It was also easy to walk into Oban. Great holiday, will definitely be coming back.

Top marks to Woodland Villa

Great facility with excellent amenities, host was very friendly and happy to help. A very good location only a minute from McCraig tower and less than 10 minute walk into town, would definitely book this accomodation again.

Nothing to dislike about the venue at a push the only thing is the walk back up the hill to the accomodation.
