We were a family of four with a dog on a 3-week trip through Scotland. Since we didn't have much space for luggage, the priority when choosing accommodation was that there was a washing machine and dryer. The description of the property said that there was a dryer, but unfortunately that's not true. When we arrived it was pouring with rain, we were completely soaked and frozen. The heating in the apartment was off and all the windows were open. It was incredibly cold. That wasn't ideal. The apartment itself is very nicely located, you can walk to the city center, restaurants, etc. The furnishings are nice and the amenities are good. The beds were very soft, but that's a matter of taste and just our opinion. The contact with the landlord was great, we were helped quickly. We would like to book this property again for a short trip All in all we had three very nice days in Oban and would like to say a big thank you

Wonderful! A beautiful and scenic stay, and the owners are very conscientious. They even took the time to find a lost necklace for my mom. Would definitely stay there again, and can't wait to really go through my pictures of the port that I took right outside the living room window! Loved it! Thank you so much! :-)

Absolutely lovely flat with a great view of the bay and very close to the City Centre of Oban. The instructions and suggestion booklet provided fantastic detail to make for a really comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

My husband and our two adult daughters had a wonderful stay in this charming flat. The views from the flat are absolutely beautiful and everything we desired to do was just a few minutes walk. This home had everything we needed for our family. It is located conveniently to the ferry and within an hours drive of glencoe. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were able to get parking easily for whole stay.

This was a family visit with my Mom, Son (15) and myself to see some of Scotland. The location of the apartment was fantastic, just on the outside of the town centre Views out the windows of the harbour and very close to just about everything you need. From there we had a 5 min walk to the pier to tour Mull and Iona, 10 minutes into the center of town, and only a few minuets from 2 large grocery stores. The condition and features of the property were exactly as advertised and very comfortable for us during our visit, only wish we could have stayed a few more days. Oban is beautiful. What a fantastic place.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the railway station and other popular attractions. The apartment had a lot of room. The main area of complaint is the heating and the shower. It was very difficult to keep the shower warm and decent water pressure. Furthermore, the heating did not seem to improve no matter how we changed the temperature. As we stayed during the winter, both of those deficiencies made for an uncomfortable stay.

Fabulous view overlooking the harbor in Oban! We could walk to restaurants, boats or the train! The apartment is very well furnished with so many personal touches. Could not believe the spaciousness of both the kitchen and the living room! Thanks for a magical stay in Oban!

The property was nice, clean, and located a short walk from the city center, with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. It has a nice view of the bay, as well. It was quiet and felt very safe. The property owner was nice and responsive, keeping in touch throughout.The property had basic amenities in the kitchen with the addition of a nice espresso machine (which I couldn't figure out how to operate 😊). The biggest challenge was parking. When the location we were instructed to park in filled up, we chose another location and ended up with a L110 parking ticket!

Even though there is a short walk up to the apartment you will be totally amazed with the well appointed and comfortable accommodation not withstanding the incredible view. The location is ideal - just a couple of minutes walk to the seaside village full of restaurants and stores for all needs. Beautiful Beds were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. We were 5 and no problem with hot water or space. Bathroom was small but just take your turn. Loved it and thank you for allowing us to live in your lovely home.

The pros: great location with short walk to city center; great view of the water from the apartment. The cons: description says washer AND dryer. But there is no dryer unless you call hanging your clothes on a line a 'dryer'; asked about instructions on the 'coffee maker' and owner was rude saying there was instructions in the booklet and it was "just like every coffee maker". No instructions (lots of travel info pamphlets) and was not like any coffer maker I've ever seen. When informed there was no instructions, owner said previous guests must have removed them . . . Was told to go up the hill towards the 'blue house' and park on the hill. Saw a couple of cars on the hill up to the house and parked there and next morning had a 30lb parking ticket on the windshield. Again, better instructions would be helpful. 5 stars for location and 1 star for lodging instructions.

Ok, so walking into the building isn’t pretty. The paint is peeling, it smells like the garbage bins out back…I almost didn’t go inside. We did go in and the apartment was nice. Room enough for our group, but we only stayed one night. The check in process was easy and we were allowed to arrive an hour early, which was appreciated. The place could use a good, cleaning though. Lots of deep rooted dust on baseboards, in crevices, etc. it just didn’t feel clean. The location was good and within walking distance to town. Would I stay again? Probably not.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 3 Oban. Communication and check-in were timely, friendly and accurate. The flat was spotless and roomy. All the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient, a minute’s walk to the ferry terminal and at the edge of city center. We managed to find two parking spots on the adjacent street. The rooms facing Oban Harbor have excellent views! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend 3 Oban to visitors to this beautiful city. Thanks Grigor!

The flat was very convenient to Oban City Center, the Ferry and ScotRail. There were 6 in our party and we fit very comfortably. The directions to the apartment, where to park and how to enter were clear. Communication was great with a detailed instruction booklet inside. I would highly recommend this booking, particularly for a group. My only recommendation would be to include more twin beds. We had two couples and a pair of friends who would have preferred separate beds.
