Excellent location, clean, responsive host, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.
parking was tricky but we made it work, noise level at night (had windows open) - Again, these are issues that all cities deal with and would not deter us from staying there again. We loved it!

I love the space, the colors, the chairs and couch and the kitchen was wonderful. The bright large view in the living room was spectacular. Location right downtown was very convenient to stores and restaurants.
If you’re staying for more than one night parking in Oban can be an exercise in frustration. While free overnight parking is available on the streets, daytime parking is limited to two hours. We were forced to move our car three times to avoid tickets. Even though the Tesco site offers three hour free parking we found that all the available parking spots for extended parking were booked up.
To be clear, this is not an issue isolated to this property, this is more a city of Oban parking issue. My advice is side on your parking before hand and pre-book it.

The apartment was so clean and nicely appointed. Loved the marine theme.
We did have some difficulty with the inside door lock, and the stairway and entrance could use a little cleaning, and/or paint, but apt itself was very clean and comfortable.
