Great location and good value accommodation for Oban
The beds were quite uncomfortable

The location was perfect although parking was a little bit tight but please don't let that put you off as we could still park just a bit further up the road.
There wasn't anything worth mentioning that we didn't like to be honest. Some things can always be better but nothing that would make you not book this as your base when staying in Oban.

Warm and comfortable. Close to town centre and railway station/ferries. Good that the owners ask for outdoor shoes not to be worn inside (though odd then that they accept pets on request!).
Nothing, although it would have been nice to have had a cafetiere; otherwise well equipped.

Although it is not the fault of the owner, the parking is limited directly outside the property, although we did get spaces for both our vehicles eventually. Saying that though there is plenty of parking further up the road which is free.

Absolutely perfect for holiday accommodation, clean, tidy and uncluttered with unnecessary detritus that you don’t need.

Perfect, anyone who reviews this property with any negativity is an idiot of biblical proportions and expects way too much. It is clean, practical and just what you need for holiday accommodation.

The host were so easy to contact when we had questions, the location was perfect for waliking into the town as well as the Lorne rugby club
There were a few cobwebs in the corners and on the doorframes but it wouldn’t put me off recommending.

Outside pretty. Close to train and ferry, also to grocery.
You climb a steep, narrow flight of stairs just inside front door. It was not clean. Shower so tiny my 6ft husband could not close shower door. Bathroom floor tilted noticeably toward door. Fridge not in kitchen, which was very small. Pics of unit hide flaws well. Eyelash left on sheets. Mattresses so bad you could see springs. No curtains in front bedroom, shade curled inward so badly room still lighted at 10pm. Wouldn’t have stayed second night booked, but town was full. No parking close. Owner insists it exists, but yellow-line curbs tell different story. The school where he says you can park is a 10-12 minute jaunt uphill. Hard to manage luggage for family. Stairs in flat are not protected at top for little ones. Please consider what you actually have to do before you actually book.

Easy access to town . Quiet location .Private. Nice wee garden
A wee bottle of milk and coffee and tea bags for a welcome drink after a long drive .steep uneven stairs out front steep stairs within property. It was great though that everything on one level when you get up the stairs.

It was spacious.
It had a garden which helped with the dog.
Close to town (just on the less desirable side).
Rang on the day we were checking in as we’d had no check in instructions. Got a bit of a frosty response telling us he’d sent them on booking (back in Oct). Found it odd to get the key code 6 months before arriving. Anyway, I eventually found it in my emails.
Although it was a good distance to walk into town, it was not a desirable part of town.
We felt it was over priced - on looking a little closer, we could have stayed at Oban Bay hotel (or similar) for significantly less and have a nice side of town and a view. Similarly, we stayed at a similar spec property in South Ayrshire for under £100 on the same trip.
There was a funny smell in the living room/kitchen.
Fridge not in the kitchen, which is odd.
Just felt like the overall finish (carpets, cleanliness of the skirting boards, coving/ceiling trim) could have been better, especially with the £170 a night price tag.

A great place to stay for 2 nights for families. We were in total 4 (including 2 kids) and we found comfortable here. The location was perfect, all utensils were in good conditions; the heater worked great; the apartment was very quiet in the night.
There was a washing machine but they didn’t provide detergent. The owner said it was because “it was not a service apartment”. It didn’t make sense to me because they had gel for washing dishes in the kitchen and a good washing machine. The towels were quite used. The owner was not responding to messages in a prompt manner. Other than these, everything was great! I would recommend this apartment in any case!

Great location and easy to find, really handy as a pit-stop the night before catching the ferry to oban.
Maybe an info/instructions booklet could be added - took ys a while to figure out the switch for the hot water!

We loved the little terraced garden and the stylish interior. It was a bigger flat than we had anticipated, and we adored the hand gels which were a lovely luxury.
Parking around the bend past the yellow double lines is probably absolutely fine if everyone in your car is able to exit the car on the road side, so that you can park right against the wall. Our car was too full for that, and we had a comment from another driver that we were blocking visibility by parking there.

Sweet little character flat that was perfect for a one night stay after we got off the ferry from Mull. Great fenced garden which was good for our dog to have a wander. Close to Tescos to pick up supper. Free parking just up the road.
The shower towels are too small and a bit thin. The sofas are not very comfy but fine for a one night stay.

The property does not have parking as stated, so we had to park half a mile away.

The location was excellent, easy access to the ferries and shops. The apartment was clean and beds comfortable.
Couches were not very comfortable, and the headboard in the back bedroom creaked every time we moved

The place was decent, with quite enough space for three people (even more).
It could be cleaner and warmer on arrival.
