Exceptional 2BD Apt - next to ferry & train station

The flat was very clean and comfortable, and was well furnished with appliances (which had clear instructions printed on them). It had everything you need for self-catering. A good view out over the water and islands. The hosts provided a good guide to the property and communicated frequently. Excellent location right next to the train station and ferry port, with the town centre very close and supermarkets in walking distance. Price was great for a two bedroom flat (with two bathrooms) in such a good location.

Some people might not like the noise from the ferry port and post office depot on either side, but that's a trade off for the location and the windows block a lot of noise when shut. The tall chairs in the kitchen didn't seem very stable - perhaps they could be replaced with sturdier ones.

Excellent location, excellent view, spacious, clean and very well equipped

No window blinds/curtains on bathroom windows. Apartment was warm, and we couldn't control the temperature. Not a fault of the apartment, but there is a manhole cover in the road outside the apartment, and every time a vehicle goes down the street, there's two loud bangs as the vehicle runs over the manhole cover! Not good during the night. Someone needs to contact either the Highways authority, or the local council to get it sorted/repaired?

The apt was in a very nice location.After a long travel day, it was wonderful to step into this wonderful space fully equipped with virtually everything we needed for our stay. Our son loved it. Very comfortable and well kept, we hope to return. Natalie and co. were attentive and offered great pre-arrival orientation, and responded quickly to any questions we had. For all of these reasons we’d highly recommend

Location was close to town, train and ferry. View was good to watch as it’s a busy terminal. Good size property with tasteful furnishings

When we arrived it was not clean nor were the beds made etc This was resolved but it took a few calls to sort as it was around 8pm on a Friday night.
