The location is very central , right in the heart of Oban. Although there is no parking at the property itself, there is public car parking close by and the cost is reasonable. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Property was clean and tidy.

The property was difficult to find despite being in the centre of town. The instructions didn't mention the most obvious architectural feature which is easy to spot. The property is up two flights of stair so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The living room is fairly small and hard to fit four people at the dining table.

Cozy, comfortable and with great location

Everything was amazing- it looked exactly as in the pictures, was amazingly equipped and very comfortable and cozy. Also it is a whole separate floor so you can feel very safe and secluded from the rest of the people in the building- lots of privacy, hence also very quiet, perfect for light sleepers like myself.

I wish there was parking available as it was quite hard to find a parking spot in this area- most spots are for 2hrs max

My sister and I both seniors did not end up staying at the George St Apartments.

Location would have been ok but we didnt end up staying there.

Both my sister and myself are seniors. When we arrived at property and accessed the key from locked box we found ourselves confronted with a huge flight of stairs which were impossible to haul our suitcases up. Did not like the fact there was no one from management able to meet us. A kind gentlemen in office downstairs offered to haul bags up but would have been impossible for us to navigate down if no one there on exiting. I think accomodation should state in initial advertisement on booking. com whether there are stairs and or a working lift. As George st pointed out they let me know in email- 7 or so days before my stay, (so would not be even thinking of a part refund.) That was 2-3 months after initial booking and as I had no email access so was no good to me. I would recommend however the Scot Oban staff amazingly friendly and helpful.

Great price, great location, great apartment

The central location was perfect. Close to shops and the pier. Parking was easy to find and you can meter your car to park for multiple days. There was plenty of room in the apartment for 4 to spread out. Check in and check out was easy. The price was a great value.

I'm traveling with my elderly parents. I knew there would be stairs, but I thought only 1 flight, not 2. It may have been my fault, misreading the listing. But they managed and we had a great time! The shower has a bit of a learning curve to find the sweet spot between scalding and freezing, but again, we were able to figure it out.

The property was very central, a short walk to all local attractions and restaurants. Apartment had everything you could need. Was bigger than we expected. Perfect for a family.

Good location but not great bathroom

Good kitchen facilities

Shower was inconsistent, temperature kept changing while on one setting. Would prevent booking for a longer stay. TV remote was inconsistent in working, due to bad battery holder and/or faulty batteries Really too cold, a good few more heating facilities would have been appreciated, we had windows closed, blinds down and curtains closed and radiator on and doors closed to try and keep heat in but didn't help. Milk sachets were months out of date too so that wasn't appreciated

Lack of parking especially as we had to leave out car all day. Twin beds too soft. Noisy outside on front till late at night. Lack of dining table. (? Move tv to wall).

Töpfe, Pfannen nicht zu gebrauchen, kein Parkplatz in der Nähe, alle Parkplätze kostenpflichtig, schlechte Matratzen, kaum Wasserdruck inder Dusche, keine Hinweise zum Betrieb der Dusche. Stolperfallen im Boden, defektes Wäschereck,nur ein Geschirrhantuch.
