Overall a spacious and comfortable stay in a great location.

Lovely and spacious apartment that has recently been renovated ( so the photos require updating). Great location with panoramic views of the bay and harbour looking west. The apartment is very comfortable with efficient central heating if required.

Would benefit from a microwave oven in the kitchen - probably an oversight in view of recent works to the property.

Excellent week's stay in Seaview apartment. Hope to stay there again soon.

Just like home-from-home - Seaview is a luxury spacious apartment and everything was within walking distance to transport, shops, restaurants etc. The view from the apartment was magnificent looking out to Oban bay and beyond. Mario (the lovely Owner) popped in when I arrived and was always contactable on his mobile. I will definitely be booking this apartment again, if available, the next time I visit Oban.

There was nothing I did not like and I have no complaints about Seaview apartment.

Beautiful week in Oban.

View from the apartment across the marina and bay were amazing. The property is in an excellent location - 5mins walk from the street behind which has grocery shops and many take away food options, and 10min walk into the main town., and access to the ferries and tourist options to the surrounding islands and wildlife. There is also a small cinema (Oban cinema) within 5mins walk from the apartment. Below the apartment is the 'chocolate company' which provide really good food and beverages and chocolate!

Nothing major - but a few minor issues. The toilet took a long time to refill and I reported it on the day of arrival (Sat) to the host who said they would follow-up on Monday, but nothing was done about this before we left the property the week later, nor were we contacted. There could be a manual to show how to use all the appliances. Some paint is coming off the walls in the bedrooms. The kitchen is adequately equipped but has a mis-match of crockery and cutlery.

Excellent location. Good views of the bay, close to restaurants, & centre of Oban. Proprietor was quick to sort out the tv when we told him it wasn’t working.

Wardrobe and drawers in the bedroom were almost falling apart, and some paint in the bedroom was flaking. Repairs to the external of the property were done while we were there. & whilst access inside wasn’t required for this I would expect this to be done before the season started. Kitchen was well equipped with pans & knives (more knives than necessary), but no teapot or caffetier, and shelf in the pan cupboard needed fixing. I would prefer a dishwasher over a washing machine when on holiday. (There wasn’t space for both).
