Basic accommodation, well located, poorly hosted.

Convenient location. No issues getting the keys.

When we arrived there was a bike in the hallway and the toilet had not been flushed. The host contacted us on the ring doorbell at 1am to say there had been a mistake on their end and we were in the wrong apartment. They said it was entirely their fault and we would get a full refund. But we did not. And there was no reply to any of my messages or correspondence thereafter.

Great choice for a short stay!

The proximity to the central city and the views are awesome. This property can accommodate 3 couples if the extendable sofa is used. There were spare bed sheets available and the property is clean. This property is in need of a fresh paint that will freshen up the place. It was an excellent choice for our one night accommodation needs.

A fabulous week with family

The location was superb close to the town rail and bus. The windows were great no noises from the town tall and a wonderful view.

There was flaking paint from the ceiling but this was probably just cold air coming though the windows

Apartment convenient for ferry, shops and harbour

Apartment was centrally located, right next to the harbour, so excellent views from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The kettle wasn't working when we arrived, but the owner sported it out for us quickly.

Some of the decor in the bedroom we were in was a bit tired.

Communications about access and the quality of the apartment when we arrived. It was very tidy and met all our expectations, location on the sea front and the view out to sea was great

The location is spot on and the views from the room are excellent. We got the second floor apartment and it was accessible via the lift. Parking on the street is free after 6PM.

Great location, great size rooms, whole appt clean, bottle of prosecco and chocs on arrival. Very good facilities, would happily go back. All facilities listed accurate on the booking.

Wifi signal was very bad, curtains were bad- woke up very early as so thin. Only a small niggle, still very worth it and would be happy to come back.

Perfect stay with stunning harbor view

Our stay was perfect. The harbour view from both the living room and one of the bedrooms was truly magnificent. The spacious living area comfortably accommodated four of us for dinner. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of complimentary snacks from the host. Street parking nearby was easy during our visit, though I can imagine it might be more challenging during peak season.

Fabulous apartments in perfect location

The apartments were fantastic, location was perfect.

I have mobility issues and while the lift to the apartment was great, I found getting into the bath to shower was challenging. I do take my own grab bars for this reason, but if there were bars attached to the walls of the shower it would be perfect. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise.
