Amazing place to stay, every little detail catered to, from enough dishwasher tablets to do the week to a lovely surprise of wine, cookies and chocolates on arrival, the apartment had an amazing view of the harbour and was central to everything, wifi was great and a good range of TV channels, showers both really good and powerful. We quickly felt at home and could happily have stayed longer
very very petty as I cant really think of anything - no steak knives lol - but that was literally the only thing we couldnt find!!

Perfect location as a base for visiting attractions and islands. Apartment has an allotted carparking space. EVERYTHING you need in an apartment was provided and welcome gifts too. Plenty of eateries and takeaways in Oban, distillery, Dunollie Castle, McCaigs's Tower folly, tourist shops and even a free museum. Ferries to the islands, train station, buses and taxis all nearby the apartment. Well worth a visit.
Key collection! It seems there was a lack of communication between booking.com and cottages.com/Hoseasons causing a not so smooth finding of the apartment and key collection - in the rain too!!! I had to send emails to booking.com - one of which was not replied to. I had to make calls to the number in an original email which put me through to cottages.com - i was expecting the owner of the property. Thankfully the man I spoke to a few times eventually sorted things and the apartment owner came to our rescue.

Very comfortable, well-equipped apartment in an ideal location for exploring Oban and the surrounding area. Even though you're in the centre of town, right next to the bus stops, railway station and ferry terminal, the building is very quiet. Great choice of restaurants and pubs just steps away.
