Location, private parking spot, quietness, tumble drier, equipment, shower, all spotless.
If you are traveling in 4 ppl, 2 have to sleep on the orange couch, but it was comfortable

Fabulous location, private parking, disabled access, nipping clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed and bedding, host is very responsive to any queries, small outdoor seating area if the weather is fine and you want a bit fresh air, modern interior and appliances with everything provided for as well as a few welcome touches like snacks, drinks and toiletries. Overall, very good value for money.
Didn't dislike anything but the rooms are a little dark with the small windows and dark blinds and units and the seating in the living area is low and therefore not comfy if you require a higher chair with arms. Could do with a soap dish or shelf in the shower and you need to be quick or the water can flood over the rim onto the bathroom floor.

Very complete apartment with coffee machine and complete kitchen and cooking material as well as complementary cookies and chips. Very well located in the city center and close to several supermarkets.
The exhaust hood was not strong enough. Otherwise every was perfect
