Excellent stay!

Very modern and spacious apartment. The location was right in the middle of Oban, and the views overlooking the harbor were fantastic. The host left us some food and drinks for our arrival which was a very nice touch.

Location was great but there were many steps up to it which was not clear in the discription

The beds are too small . Needs better towels and larger towels . Also needs a further toilet or bathroom

Superb

The flat was well presented and very clean. The location was perfect as it is right in the centre and also has a beautiful view. It is perfect for a family with a modern kitchen having all the necessary amenities, baby cot was also provided. We cannot find a fault with the flat, would highly recommend and definitely come back again for our next trip to Oban.

Excellent central location within easy reach of shops, restaurants, train and ferry.

Outstanding views over Oban Bay. Very minor niggle... move the TV aerial from outside the lounge window.

Secondary glazing would improve sound insulation. There is some traffic noise, as well as noise from people at the chip shop across the road. It's more noticeable in the evenings. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Beautiful flat, fabulous view

What a stunning flat. Blown away by it as soon as we stepped through the door. Very spacious, beautifully appointed, and views to die for. All three double bedrooms and the large lounge face onto the harbour and the islands beyond. The kitchen/diner is fitted to a very high quality with everything you might need. The bathroom has a huge bath and fabulous walk in shower. Robert was great host. Access is via staircase (high second floor flat) and the best parking (£5/day) is about 100m away. The main road below can be noisy but from two floors up it's not really a disturbance. Perfectly located for restaurants, bars, shops, attractions. Highly recommended and we can't wait to come back.

Quick weekend getaway

Incredibly spacious, great facilities, comfortable

The only criticism I can think of, and it isn’t the flat, but there was a bit of noise through the windows - not bad whilst we were there amidst nighttime restrictions, but there was potential for loud noises to interrupt the otherwise quiet serenity. Also, a few bumps & scrapes for upstairs neighbours. As you can probably tell, I’m scraping the bottom of the barrel to criticise the accommodation!

The owner kept in touch on the day of travel. He gave brilliant directions and gave us a great welcome. The apartment is fantastic, very large and spacious. Decor and equipment/amenities excellent throughout. I would highly recommend this apt for families, groups of friends. The location is very central. Walking distance for trains, ferries and shops.

A beautiful place

The view is beautiful and location is very convenient as there are many shops and Tesco store. Very thankful that the host was so thoughtful as the apartment is so well stocked with essential supplies. The flat is also very spacious, making our stay very comfortable. The location is also perfect and very enjoyable.

It would be nice if there was an extra bathroom, however, aside from that it’s perfect.
