Schöne Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Meran

Sehr ruhige Toplage in Meran. Sehr kurze Wege ins Stadtzentrum und zu Bushaltestellen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und außerordentlich sauber. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und freundliche Kommunikation mit Hausmeisterin und Vermieter. Modernes Badezimmer. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz, der aufgrund seiner Abmessungen mit einem größeren SUV wohl nicht genutzt werden kann.

La posizione è perfetta c’è il garage quindi non ci sono problemi per parcheggiare la macchina . pulizia perfetta Bello anche il poggiolo fronte alberi dove si vede un po’ di vegetazione

La posizione, la pulizia e l'efficienza. Si era rotto l'asciugacapelli e ci è stato prontamente sostituito.

Il parcheggio è in un piccolo garage sotterraneo. Non ci ho lasciato l'auto per paura di rigarla durante le manovre.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter ruhiger Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Bushaltestelle ca. 300 m entfernt, u.a. mit Fahrmöglichkeit nach Trauttmannsdorf. Bequeme Couch. Grosser Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Schöne Essecke in der Küche. Alles Notwendige an Küchenutensilien und Sonstigem vorhanden Schönes Bad mit grosser Dusche und Waschmaschine. 2 Balkone mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn (aus dem Nebenhaus?) sehr "lebhaft" und Nachteulen. Garage mit steiler Einfahrt. Bei der nächsten Küchenrenovierung wäre eine Spülmaschine und ein Backofen noch super.

Non era molto comodo il cuscino del letto... x le mie necessità troppo grande. Per il resto tutto bene.
