The bed should be fixed as slatted frame is not fixed correctly so you slide to the middle. The water pressure in the shower could be better. But maybe it is because of the technical issues in Merano in general. And it would be nice if you could offer paper towels or fabric towels in the kitchen. And leave more than one toilet paper, when 4 people are checking in 😆

Very good

This private apartment faces the Passer River and overlooks the town center. Hotel Therme Merano is across the side street. We used the kitchen a few times and all was functional there. There is plenty of hot water for showers. The bed is comfortable. The living room is la good size and the sofa is great for lounging. The sound of the river is audible through the windows which are single panes.

The bedroom is dark since the shutter cannot be raised. The view out the back is not special, so I understand why the shutter is closed. The balcony is 1 square meter, so mostly useless. Some noise from motorcycles now and then.

L’appartamento è situato proprio al centro ha una vista spettacolare…sembra una cartolina 😍poi è situato vicino alle fermate dei bus e a due passi dalle terme… non potevamo chiedere di meglio.. siamo stati benissimo…

Perfecta estancia en Merano centro, vistas increíbles

Es un 10. A destacar: la limpieza, la ubicación (despertarse y desayunar frente al río y frente al pueblo fue una de las mejores cosas por las mañanas), cocina equipada, baño completo y habitación grande. Esta céntrico en el pueblo de Merano y a la vez fácil acceso a autopistas para visitar Dolomitas. Buen punto de partido para Dolomitas oeste. Repetiría

El ascensor luce muy antiguo, por lo que lo evitamos al maximo. Por decir algo más, en la entrada del piso y calles próximas había un ambiente un poco raro en lo que a gente se refería aunque no nos sentimos inseguros en ningún momento.

Vacanza relax

La posizione è il top! A due passi dal centro (appena fuori dalla ztl) e di fianco alle terme quindi ottimo se nel viaggio si ha intenzione anche di passare una giornata di relax. L'appartamento è pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Il bagno è ristrutturato da poco, quindi ben tenuto. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e sempre pronto a dare ottimi consigli. La vista dalla sala è spettacolare, affaccia sull'Adige e il centro.

È un appartamento un po' datato ed andrebbe rivisto negli impianti e negli infissi almeno. La vista del retro è scadente ma non è colpa del proprietario....

Un alloggio economico a Merano

La posizione molto centrale (tra le terme e corso della Libertà). Il prezzo, francamente basso, rispetto alle altre sistemazioni di Merano. Gli spazi erano ampi e soluzioni d'arrrdo funzionali. Alcuni giochi per bambini (in tedesco) a disposizione dei bambini.

Nella doccia risultava difficile regolare la temperatura dell'acqua, il flusso era debole. Il letto era molto morbido, i materassi del divano letto erano ingialliti ed erano riposti in un armadio impolverato. La TV non ha funzionato.

La vue depuis le salon est très belle. L’emplacement est sympa. La salle de bains est grande.

L’appartement est vétuste. A l’entrée odeur bizarre. Autant la vue du côté salon est magnifique, du côté chambre c’est le contraire. Les photos ne correspondent pas tout à fait à l’appartement. Il manque les plantes et les meubles ne sont plus les mêmes. Les lumières sont trop faibles. La prestation est très basique. On a séjourné à quatre et il n’y avait que trois jeux de couverts. La poêle était sale, avec des traces de gras. Les serviettes de toilette devraient être remplacées par des plus récentes. Il n’y a pas de porte-serviettes dans la salle de bain.

Goed(koop) doorreisverblijf dicht bij centrum Merano.

We waren vrij laat op de locatie. De plaats waar we de sleutels konden afhalen was al gesloten. Na een telefoontje kwam iemand de sleutels brengen. We hebben slechts 10' moeten wachten. De host begeleidde ons naar het appartement en toonde ons de kamers. Prijs / kwaliteit lijkt me wel OK.

Er waren handdoeken voorzien, maar geen beddengoed. Blijkbaar moesten we zelf lakens voorzien. Dekens waren er wel. Voor ons was dit een goed en goedkoop verblijf voor één nacht ( doorreis ) zou het niet aanraden voor een langer vakantieverblijf alhoewel de ligging zeer goed is.

La posizione è eccellente!!! L'appartamento è molto carino, funzionale e il proprietario Enrico è veramente gentilissimo.

Non c'entra nulla con l'appartamento, ma del soggiorno non mi è piaciuta la colazione, fatta in un un posto in centro, dove la cameriera è stata molto sgradevole. Ho dovuto chiedere 3 volte uno yogurt per mia figlia, che essendo diabetica, non poteva mangiare altro...Una vera cafona. Peccato perché per il resto nulla da dire.

Ottimo soggiorno

Ottima posizione, pulizia degli ambienti, silenzioso, comodità del letto, attenzione nei dettagli (disponibile libreria e stufetta per il bagno). Proprietario simpatico e gentile.

Assenza di parcheggio in una città dove parcheggiare in un parcheggio privato è veramente molto caro (parcheggio terme 3€/h). Abbiamo ovviato parcheggiando sulla strada nelle righe blu (il parcheggio si paga solo dalle 8 alle 18 dopo è gratis). Se devo trovare un punto di miglioramento è la presenza di cattivo odore nel bagno, penso sia però un problema di tubature sul quale il proprietario non so quanto possa fare. Altra cosa non modificabile, sicuramente non dal proprietario, è la scarsa gentilezza, che spesso raggiunge e supera il sottile limite della maleducazione, degli altoatesini nei confronti degli italiani, ma questo ha radici storiche ben profonde e radicate.

La casa è molto trascurata, si parte con un piatto "decorativo"spaccato a copertura di un buco sulla porta di ingresso...questo già non è un bel vedere! La camera da letto viene presentata con un armadio con anta "rotta dai clienti precedenti"ma poi si scopre(leggendo i commenti)che In realtà è già così da diverso tempo...ma questo sarebbe un dettaglio trascurabile se al suo interno non ci fossero: - cuscini e coperte visibilmente macchiati - coprimaterasso in dotazione al.posto del lenzuolo (forse da quelle parti si usa così???) -asciugamani scompagnati(sono dei mix di asciugamani "rimediati") -due materassini da usare sui divani letto anch'essi ormai datati Il.tutto presentato letteralmente arrotolato e lanciato in uno scatolone dell'armadio quindi viene il dubbio:saranno cose pulite o già utilizzate?Speriamo la seconda ipotesi,anche.perchè non c'è altro quindi..... La cucina,nonostante abbia una macchinetta del caffè Nespresso,non viene fornita di nulla (nemmeno una capsula)se non di prodotti lasciati dai clienti precedenti. Nel cassetto-non cassetto delle posate,mancano i cucchiaini ....arrangiatevi! Nessun kit di benvenuto(nemmeno per il bagno). La vista dalla cucina è pessima:un cortile interno utilizzato come discarica.... su questo forse i proprietari non possono fare molto, però potrebbero pulire almeno i due micro terrazzini che invece sono sporchi e pieni di cacche di uccelli..... vabbè ,tanto fa freddo,chi li utilizza!?! 🤦🏻‍♀️. C'è solo un termosifone funzionante,gli altri......mah..... Il bagno è la stanza.in cui si è prestata un po' più di attenzione però... c'è poca pressione quindi,scordatevi una doccia decente. Un punto in più è stato dato solo per la pulizia perché nonostante tutto bagno,pavimenti e cucina erano puliti. Le finestre sono ancora old style(come un po' tutto)quindi spifferi e rumori della strada a go-go.

Prima geräumige Wohnung in top Lage

Wohnung geräumig und top Lage! Gemütlich eingerichtet. Fenster auf und man hört das Wasser rauschen und lässt kühle Luft rein. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Badezimmer war groß und modern.

Eigentlich nix. Glühbirne in der Diele kaputt. Aber das wär Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte vor Ort und für uns war es prima.
