My stay at the property was very comfortable. It has so many positive things and I will be happy to visit again.

The apartment is spacious. Furniture and decor is modern. The balcony is huge and the view is toward the mountains. The city center is about 8-10 minutes walking. The beds are comfortable and bed-lines were clean. Clean towels were provided. The kitchenware are provided and clean. The washing machine was super. The key lock system with password provided high security and safety.

We had 7 medium bags and 5 cabin bags so we had to carry them upstairs. However, we managed. Other than that, the apartment is great.

Fantastisch, attente en vriendelijke service er ook nog bij

Uitstekende service door de gastheer Gabriel. Als er iets geregeld moest worden of extra erbij; regelde hij het direct en goed. Veel leuke locale tips en informatie van hem gekregen en hij en zijn vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en attent. En er waren twee grote balkons, wat niet in eerste instantie duidelijk was. Dus dat ook nog eens erbij!

In het begin een kleine douchekop die niet zoveel water gaf, maar direct heeft Gabriel een nieuwe erop gezet en alles was helemaal goed en fijn aan deze locatie.

Prima, zentrale Unterkunft mit hellen Zimmern und Balkonen. Gut geeignet für Familie und Freunde.

Die Apartmentwohnung ist im 3. Stock eines Wohnblocks. Sie hat viele Fenster und 2 Balkone ist damit sehr hell. Trotz gegenüberliegender Schule bzw. Häusern war es nicht laut. Die Wohnung besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, 2 Bädern mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette und einem Gemeinschaftsraum (Wohnküche). Da wir nur 2 Paare waren, hatten wir keine Probleme mit den Zimmern bzw. Bädern. Die integrierte Küchenzeile hat die wichtigsten Geräte für Frühstück oder ein einfaches Mittag/Abendessen. Es gibt einen Garagenstellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Dieser ist aber nur für kleinere Fahrzeuge geeignet. Man kann das Fahrzeug aber auch vor dem Haus abstellen. Das Haus hat leider keinen Aufzug. Man muss also etwas "Sport" machen, bis alles oben ist. Der Zugang zum Apartment und auch zur Garage funktioniert mit Zugangscode und war auch einfach zu bedienen. Das Apartment hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Ca. 12 Min. Fußweg bis ins Zentrum.

Mit 8 Personen wird's eng in den Badezimmern, da diese relativ klein sind. Parken in der Tiefgarage mit einem Audi A4 sehr grenzwertig. Man kann nicht umdrehen, wenn mehrere Autos geparkt sind. Es waren Tauben auf dem südlichen Balkon, die entsprechenden Dreck machten. Balkon wurde aufgrund etwas kühler Wetterverhältnisse aber nicht genutzt. Vermieter wollte sich um eine Säuberung/Verbesserung kümmern.

Sehr angenehm und erholsam. Die Treppen zum 4. Stock erfordern eine gewisse Sportlichkeit.

Der Service war sehr gut, Gabriel hat stets umgehend geantwortet und war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber, Lage perfekt, zentrumsnah und doch sehr ruhig, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, überall Balkone, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Preis/Leistung war sehr gut. Bequeme Betten. Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Genügend Platz für alle.

Das Haus ist von außen im ersten Moment abschreckend. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht die beste. Die Eigentümer war während des Aufenthaltes in der Wohnung.

Die Fotos sind authentisch, die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, auch ruhig!

Am Anfang sind wir erschrocken, als wir sahen, dass die Wohnung Teil eines herkömmlichen Wohnblocks ist - der Name “Appartement Bergblick” hat uns in die Irre geführt, wir dachten eigentlich es handelt sich um ein Apartmenthaus mit lediglich Ferienwohnungen und einer Rezeption 🙈 Nach dem anfänglichen Schock, hat es uns aber nicht weiter gestört!!!

لا يوجد تكييف ولكن المالك وفر مراوح في جميع الغرف والجو كان مناسب وقت وصولنا. الشقة تقع في الطابق الرابع ولا يوجد مصعد في المبنى .
