Location, quietness and overall size of apartment
Check in procedure should be less complicated as far as the double processing on registering ourself to the Merano authority (via a mandatory website ahead and redundant by sending our IDs on whatsapp). Also I understand key box but keychain's key selection was time consuming and tricky Internet wasn't working at the time (with different rebooth and trying out) but I guess it was a temporary problem

Great location. Very clean. Good little kitchen set up. Sofa bed in living room comfortable.
Large bed in main bedroom was rather on the hard side.
