City center, nice view and friendly Agatha who was very kind

Very well located in the center of Meran. We were able to walk everything and Agatha allowed us to store our bikes and luggage on the porch in the first floor.

A nice place but not worth the cost.

The apartment is roomy and the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. I liked the balcony connected to 2 of the bedrooms.

The wi-fi didn’t work at all. Instructions from owner didn’t help (reset router). Only access was with cellphone, which meant I couldn’t use iPad or computer. There is no common place to sit, other than kitchen table, which has no TV. Only a single chair in each bedroom. There was no soap in the shower. Used hand soap dispenser from sink in shower which doesn’t have a shelf. The toilet is poorly situated (right behind the door) and I kept banging it when I opened the door.

The apartment is in an area that can’t be accessed by car unless you have pre-arranged it. The car’s GPS doesn’t recognize the address because of this.

A comfortable base to explore an amazing area.

The location is perfect, everything in Meran is close to hand including a lovely restaurant at the bottom of the road. The kitchen facilities has everything you need and a few basic stock items like olive oil and coffee were waiting for us. A Spar shop is five minutes away as is the chair lift to the nearest mountain range with a delightful and easy walk back into the centre of town. The ice creams are just so refreshingly wonderful. The flat is on the first floor with a flight of steps to the front door, the views from the windows are accurate, it is quiet at night but do take mosquito repellent when sitting out on the balcony. It's a cool flat in the height of the midday heat. Don't miss the Friday morning market at the train station - its amazing.

We stayed during a religious festival, Corpus Christi, and the very nearby church bells are very loud. I didn't mind at all but some of my fellow guests found them intrusive at six and seven o'clock in the morning. Outside of festivals they are quieter. Some written instructions on arrival would have helped, is the washing machine and tumble drier just outside the flat available to use for example? A note saying where the local bakery could be added - Mein Beck - has a gorgeous range of delicious breads and is only 5 mins away - once you've worked out the alley way system. Where do the recycling and rubbish bags go when full? We would recommend adding mirrors to each bedroom, dressing for an evening meant finishing off in front of the only full length mirror hanging in the kitchen. Four adults sharing one shower room / toilet is always a bit of a negotiation but its fine and the shower itself is very good. Larger towels would have been nice. Parking is a bit of a nightmare until you work out whats going on. Next time we will visit by train as we hardly used the car at all during our stay in Meran. Would we stay here again? Yes definitely.

Central stay, no parking

Property was clean, easy to walk to from the center of meran or the therms, quiet at night, there is coffee/tea in the kitchen

Missing parking, you need to park your car at the therms with a 23€ per day fee. Missing microwave. Would be good to have a crib for the children in one room. If you have a child you need to take the stroller to the first floor, no elevator

Disappointing

Location is central, very spacious

No access by car and there was no communication about it on the website. Bathroom had no space for toiletries, no wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, no possibility to have 2 sets if keys even though the apartment sleeps 4.

The apartment did not meet our expectations.

The property can only be reached on foot during the day as not even a taxi has access to the street after 10 am which meant in our case that we had to carry our luggage and provisions.. The nearest parking was expensive at Euro 72 for our stay. There was no living room, the bathroom was extremely small and too few towels for 3 night stay. The hairdryer did not function. The pipes/and or hot water system was noisy.

Vše naprosto v pořádku. Jednoduchý proces ubytování, apartmán velký dobře vybavený a čistý. Apartmán je v centru města a nakonec jsme nevyužili parkování a parkovali jsme v podzemkach u termálů.

Sehr gute Lage aber die Wohnung selber sehr unpersönlich.

Schlüsselbox war so eingestellt, daß jeder sie hätte öffnen können. Wir brauchten die PIN nicht eingeben. In der Wohnung keine Anleitung für Entsorgung von Müll. Keine Tipps für die Umgebung oder Restaurants. In der Spülmaschine eine kleine Schüssel mit Schimmel - eklig! Kein Korkenzieher, keine Kerzen.

L' appartamento è composto da 3 camere da letto ampie con ciascuna contenente letto matrimoniale, cucina con tutto il necessario, bagno non grandissimo ma funzionale e con tutte le comodità. Vicinissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutto, comodissimo il garage situato vicino all' appartamento.

Küche - Tür vom Gefrierfach hat gefehlt! Leider etwas klebrig und fettig gewesen. Kleinigkeiten wie ein paar Anhänger im Bad und Küche wären gut gewesen!

Abuso en el parking y las sábanas olian mal.

La ubicación

Las sabanas no olian a limpio, estaban muy usadas y tenían bolillas. El parking decia que costaba 20€. Hemos ido 3 motos que entraban en el mismo parking y nos han cobrado 45€. Un abuso. No estamos de acuerdo con este gasto y queremos reclamarlo.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die ruhige Lage am Rand des Zentrums, der Balkon mit Blick in den Garten und auf die Berge, die Sauberkeit, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die vollständige Küche (ofen, ordentliche Weingläser), die Möglichkeit das Auto in 80 m Entfernung in der Parkgarage unterzubringen.

Hübsches komfortables Apartment sehr zentral gelegen.

Super süßes Apartment, sehr zentral gelegen! Es fehlt einem an nichts - vollausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, edles Bad und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Der kleine Balkon ist auch sehr schön, um draußen im Grünen zu frühstücken oder abends ein Gläschen Vino zu trinken.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in mega Altstadt-Lage.

Die Unterkunft hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage ist herausragend, mitten im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist von der Größe her sehr großzügig und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Zimmer und Bad top sauber. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir Blick ins Grüne und auf die Altstadt. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Im Vorfeld war Agata immer mit Rat zur Seite und top erreichbar. Sie hat uns wegen der Schlüsselübergabe, wegen des Parplatzes und wegen der Einfahrt in die verkehrsberuhigte Zone alle Infos zukomen lassen. Auch als kleine Probleme in der Wohnung auftraten, war Agata sofort ansprechbar/anschreibbar und hat versucht Abhilfe zu schaffen. Wir waren begeistert!!!

Das Internet war zu Beginn nicht verfügbar, das hat am Anfang etwas gedauert, den Zugang zu klären. Aber Agata hat sich gleich gekümmert. Auch im Bad gab es ein Problem mit dem Spülkasten, doch auch hier wurde versucht schnell Abhilfe zu schaffen. Sonst war alles top. Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Appartamento curatissimo nei minimi particolari pulito, caldo e molto spazioso. La vista dalla terrazza è meravigliosa. Ottima la posizione: 2 minuti e si arriva in centro. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile. Questo alloggio con lo sfondo di Merano ha reso la nostra breve vacanza indimenticabile.

Ottima esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Merano per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero fantastica. La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni, ideale per esplorare la città anche a piedi.

L’unica difficoltà incontrata è stata nel trovare parcheggio, a causa di alcune interruzioni stradali dovute a lavori in corso nella zona. Tuttavia, questo non ha inciso troppo sulla qualità del nostro soggiorno, grazie anche alla disponibilità e cortesia dei proprietari, sempre pronti a offrire suggerimenti e supporto.
