A very good Apartment in a great location - pity about the parking.

It's a great apartment with plenty of space. It appears to have been recently renovated. Kitchen is well stocked and the rooms are quite large. The location is excellent. Note that it has stairs and no elevator.

Access to parking made Mission Impossible seem like a walk in the park. You have to go to the apartment first to pick up the garage access card and there is nowhere anywhere near the apartment to leave the car. We parked illegally while one of us went up to the apartment to get the key and card (I don't know how you would do this if you were by yourself). Finding the correct parking location was quite difficult the first time even though a detailed booklet with colour photos was supplied. The hosts did everything they could to make it as easy as possible but it's not a simple set up. I'd probably stay there again even with a car as the apartment is very good and well located and I know the ropes now, but there were some colourful comments made while we were trying to navigate the car parking procedure.

Spacious and clean accommodation in the center of Merano, close to the Merano Therme. The owners communicated very quickly and willingly. We also appreciated the possibility of a parking space, which was not far from the accommodation. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back again.

Perfect Apartment in the heart of Merano with parking!

The apartment was located in the back side of the building and therefore very quiet. The parking is an added bonus. Today it is very common to have self check in with codes. Personally I don't like this, but the owner was always available in real time via whatsapp to answer all questions and met us at check in so that everything went very smooth. Do highly recommend as the apartment was very clean and the space was great for our group. Located very central and in the end the code to the apartment worked to our advantage as everyone in our group had access to the apartment when they wanted.

Great location and communicative hosts.

The location was brilliant - in the centre of town opposite an ice cream shop! Parking was just around the corner in a secure multi storey car park. The instructions for parking were accurate and detailed. We enjoyed staying in the apartment, which was bigger than expected. We also needed to check out slightly later than planned due to illness and we were able to contact the hosts easily. They were kind and flexible which really helped at that stressful time.

Hidden gem for big groups.

The flat is suuuuper nice and large (for up to 6ppl) modern furnishing and well kept. The parking was a saver! We where a bit lost inside the parkinglot but they give a detailed explanation for it!

There was an extra visitor tax that had to be payed in the flat per person... Its fine, it wasn't expensive but it was odd to just know about if after the booking.

La posizione centralissima, appartamento spazioso, letti comodi e super fornito e super pulito!! Gentilissimi gli host subito pronti a rispondere.

Il dover fermarsi con la macchina in una strada trafficata dove non ci si può fermare per andare a prendere e riportare le chiavi del parcheggio! Con tutta la gente che non capendo la situazione passava e ci insultava, nonostante siamo rimasti un minuto ( non più per salire e scendere) con la macchina accesa e le persone in macchina ad aspettare.

Für uns als Gruppe war es durch die tolle Unterkunft ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub in Meran.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war ruhig und sauber und komfortabel. Auf unsere Fragen haben sie sofort reagiert, ebenso habe sie uns über aktuelle Angebote in Meran informiert. Die Lage war außergewöhnlich perfekt, zentral an der "Laubengasse" und neben der Busstation und das Parken im Parkhaus war genau beschrieben. I

Moderne, saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit tollen Gastgebern

Sehr modern, sehr sauber, die Lage war perfekt. Im Bad war sogar ein Waschtrockengerät, somit sind wir mit sauberer Wäsche heimgefahren. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut und einfach, sie waren sogar so freundlich und haben uns auf Anfrage noch Babysicherungen für die Steckdosen besorgt und uns einige gute Ausflugstipps mit Kindern gegeben.

Die Aussicht aber dafür ist die Lage wirklich super.

Sehr großes und modernes Appartement, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Mitten in Meran gelegen, viele Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Leider ist das Appartement mitten in einem Gebäudekomplex und es gibt keine wirklich schöne Aussicht.

Skvělé místo v srdci Merana.

Velmi příjemný a stylově vybavený apartmán. Přímo v centru a přesto velmi klidný. Měli jsme vše co bylo potřeba. Byly to skvělé 3 dny v Meranu. Hned pod okny je vše - trh, pekárna, restaurace. Prostě úžasné. Veškeré informace jsme dostali včas a ubytování a zaparkování jsou otázka pár minut. Majitelé jsou velmi komunikativní a vše srozumitelně vysvětlili.
