Excellent location, very clean apartment, spacious, with a parking that's easy to access. Good communication with the host. I could see myself stay here again for a long period of time.
The mattress in one of the bedrooms (the one nest to the kitchen) appears to be quite used. It sinks in when lying down and doesn’t return to its original shape very well, so the support is not ideal.

Posizione centralissima, casa molto spaziosa ed accogliente. Cucina molto ben attrezzata. All'arrivo il telecomando del parcheggio non funzionava, ma Thomas ha risolto prontamente. Thomas ha fornito un'assistenza premurosa ed impeccabile.
Le istruzioni per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti non sono molto chiare, la piantina per raggiungere il punto di raccolta è troppo piccola e poco leggibile. Le altre istruzioni sono invece chiare e ben dettagliate.

Die Lage und Großzügigkeit der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist hell; der Ausblick aus dem Wohraum ist interessant / ansprechend.
Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Video war sehr mühsehlig. Telefonisch war der Vermieter kaum / schwer erreichbar. Bei einer Wohnung dieser Größe und Preises sollte ein Balkon vorhanden sein. Den haben wir sehr vermißt. Die Zufahrt zur Garage war für uns erst nach einigem Herumlaufen zu finden. Die Mülleimerentsorgung ist ca. 150 m entfernt; für allgemeinen Hausmüll gab es keinene Behälter. Auch Nachbarn konnten nicht helfen!
