Bellissimo e funzionale appartamento in posizione perfetta al centro di Merano.
Tutto bene, tanti accessori per la pulizie, forse mancava qualcosa per la doccia (shampoo e bagno doccia).

Ausgezeichnete Lage mitten in Meran. Die Ausstattung war sehr luxuriös und modern. Großzügige Räume, großes Bad, 3 WCs, tolle Küchenausstattung und überwachter Tiefgaragenplatz.
Es war einfach perfekt! Wenn die Wohnung einen Balkon oder eine Terasda gehabt hätte, wäre das noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen

Die Lage und Großzügigkeit der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist hell; der Ausblick aus dem Wohraum ist interessant / ansprechend.
Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Video war sehr mühsehlig. Telefonisch war der Vermieter kaum / schwer erreichbar. Bei einer Wohnung dieser Größe und Preises sollte ein Balkon vorhanden sein. Den haben wir sehr vermißt. Die Zufahrt zur Garage war für uns erst nach einigem Herumlaufen zu finden. Die Mülleimerentsorgung ist ca. 150 m entfernt; für allgemeinen Hausmüll gab es keinene Behälter. Auch Nachbarn konnten nicht helfen!
