Wonderful apartment to stay! We could have stayed longer!!

Excellent location, very clean apartment, spacious, with a parking that's easy to access. Good communication with the host. I could see myself stay here again for a long period of time.

The mattress in one of the bedrooms (the one nest to the kitchen) appears to be quite used. It sinks in when lying down and doesn’t return to its original shape very well, so the support is not ideal.

Nel complesso esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Posizione centralissima, casa molto spaziosa ed accogliente. Cucina molto ben attrezzata. All'arrivo il telecomando del parcheggio non funzionava, ma Thomas ha risolto prontamente. Thomas ha fornito un'assistenza premurosa ed impeccabile.

Le istruzioni per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti non sono molto chiare, la piantina per raggiungere il punto di raccolta è troppo piccola e poco leggibile. Le altre istruzioni sono invece chiare e ben dettagliate.

Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum

Die Größe der Wohnung, sehr ansprechende Einrichtung.jedes Schlafzimmer hat seinen eigenen Zugang zum eigenen Bad und es gibt zusätzlich eine Gästetoilette.

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, wäre das bei einem längeren Aufenthalt (ab 10 Tagen) einen fehlenden größeren Schrank für die Kleidung - aber das wäre "Klagen auf hohem Niveau". Die Wohnung ist einfach toll und liegt zentral mitten in der Stadt.

Die Lage und Großzügigkeit der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist hell; der Ausblick aus dem Wohraum ist interessant / ansprechend.

Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Video war sehr mühsehlig. Telefonisch war der Vermieter kaum / schwer erreichbar. Bei einer Wohnung dieser Größe und Preises sollte ein Balkon vorhanden sein. Den haben wir sehr vermißt. Die Zufahrt zur Garage war für uns erst nach einigem Herumlaufen zu finden. Die Mülleimerentsorgung ist ca. 150 m entfernt; für allgemeinen Hausmüll gab es keinene Behälter. Auch Nachbarn konnten nicht helfen!

Alles in Allem nur zu empfehlen.

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral, Frühstücks- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten gibt es in naher Umgebung. Der Bahnhof liegt ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Fenster sind zum Innenhof und zudem schallisoliert, deshalb sehr ruhig. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber!

Einziges kleines Manko, störende Geräusche durch Lüftungsanlage in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer bei leichtem Schlaf.

Die Lage ist perfekt, alles Sauber, super tolles Apartment und echt geräumig und gemütlich. Tolle Beschreibung zum Apartment und der Tiefgarage. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist super.

Ev. einen Fernseher zumindest in einem der Schlafzimmer.
