Only comment to let it be updated is the parking. The entry is not suitable for deep cars. The rest is clean, modern, good teste architetture

Very relaxing and comfortable unit. Would recommend it. Parking was free. Security was good.

It was a great location and clean. Extra bonus was a free frozen yogurt machine that changed flavours - Delicious - so refreshing. We used it as a base to visit family. Very convenient. Owner was lovely and helpful. Close to restaurants, self service laundry mat and town.

Great location to walk around town. Clean and cozy. Rooftop lounge area was great.

Parking is extremely tight for mid sized car. Don’t bring a SUV or full size vehicle.

Amazing, clean, and spacious apartment. Perfect location close to the center. They also have private parking for your car for only €10 a day which is also cheaper compared to the other car garages. The owner even offered us to keep the car parked there on the last day we were there after we checked out while we explored some more which was very kind. She was very helpful with showing what is around as well. The apartments are very new only 2 years old which it looked like we were the first guest. It would be a perfect stay as well for longer holidays since the kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities to cook meals. And lovely balcony to relax after a day out.

New building, high class finished appartement. 4 persons in an appartment is doable, but keep in mind they are 1 room studios (at least the appartment we rented with 4). Very friendly and helpful staff (who also live there). Parking onsite available but limited space.

Very clean and new. Modern decoration. Near to city core. The day after checking out in another city i remebered that i left a large amount of cash in the safty box. I called the owner and she kindly said dont wory its here in a safe place and i went there and got it. She drived me to the train station for free. Fantastic

TOP a Merano

ottima struttura e ottima posizione. I proprietari davvero gentili ci hanno accolti e dato mille consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo, ambienti ampi e comodi. Nei pressi della struttura si trovano il supermercato e l'edicola ed è a cinque minuti a piedi da piazza Teatro e dalle terme. Da ultimo c'è anche il parcheggio interno. In definitiva davvero ottima struttura.

Ottima posizione vicino al centro e alle terme, gestori molto disponibili, camera spaziosa e pulita con tutto ciò che serviva. I bambini hanno dormito sul divano letto e sono stati benissimo.

Sehr sauberes, modernes und ruhiges Apartment mit nahem Anschluss an das Stadtzentrum

Neu renoviertes, sauberes, modernes Apartment, zentral gelegen, ruhig, gut ausgestattet. Höchste Stufe der Sauberkeit! Die Anreise und der Check-in waren gut organisiert, es gibt eine Rezeption (sehr selten inzwischen) Parkmöglichkeiten entlang der Strasse oder in der Tiefgarage. Fussläufig erreichbar das Zentrum von Meran. es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Da das Apartment voll automatisch klimatisiert ist, konnten wir die Heizung nicht etwas höher einstellen (zumindest ist es uns nicht gelungen) Wollkleidung empfohlen. Das Bett mit nur einem Laken (italienische Art Matrimonale) ist nicht unsere bevorzugte Bettwäscheart. Ebenso wie die Kunstblumen und Duftspender ist die Art des Bettes aber Geschmacksache. Bei grossen Autos würden wir die Tiefgarage nicht empfehlen, ist nur für kleinere Wagen geeignet.

Ein kleines familiengeführtes Appartementhaus, in dem man sich gleich wohl aufgenommen fühlt. Der Empfang ist diskret und doch aufmerksam. Die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos . Das Appartement war modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns gleich heimisch. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Teure Unterkunft mit Herz für Details

Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgerüstet. Es sind selbst eine Zahnbürste und Duschmittel vorhanden. Man sieht, dass das Unternehmen den Anspruch hat, dem Gast einen herzhaft gute Unterkunft zu bieten. Ein Gastgeber mit Begeisterung für Komfort und Verwöhnung.

Es ist eben nicht einfach Südtirol sondern auch italien. Beim Aus-checken kommen die Überaschungen: Zu den Kurtaxen kommen auf einmal Gebüren für den Parkplatz dazu. Also total 30€ zusätzlich zum Buchungspreis, welcher ohne Geniusrabatt von Booking ganze 265€ pro Nacht sind, das wären dann fast 300€ pro Nacht. Beurteilen sie selbst. Der Preis für eine Wohnung ohne Frühstück find ich doch schon sehr hoch.

Sehr moderne Unterkunft, super zentral und wir durften unseren kleinen Hund mitbringen. Die Villa hat eine große tolle Dachterasse von der man einen großartigen Rundumblick über Meran hat!

Einfach perfekt

Die Lage war perfekt nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer sauber und gross. Die Terrasse im 4.Stock einfach genial zum Relaxen und Chillen. Die Familie sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Posizione fantastica! Comodità del parcheggio interno. Camera moderna e ben arredata

Personale assente. Al check out ho riconsegnato la chiave e mi hanno detto che per uscire dal cancello uno di noi doveva stare davanti alla fotocellula del cancello per non farlo chiudere mentre uno caricava le valige (lei non aveva tempo di stare ad aspettare per aprircelo) la camera non era pulita bene. Gatti di polvere a terra, cuscino macchiato, fornelli usati e non puliti. Volevo passare l’aspirapolvere (in dotazione) ma era scarico e senza filo di ricarica.

Toccata e Fuga di Benessere

La struttura è molto accogliente. L’appartamento carinissimo! Non mancava nulla ! E poi il letto super comodo ! Anche il bagno, nonostante l’appartamento non fosse grandissimo, aveva tutto il necessario! Appartamento molto luminoso !

Il costo del Park, visto che Comunque ho parcheggiato all’interno della struttura … ci sta … ma l’ho trovato troppo caro
