It was a great place for our family on Christmas.

Very spacious. Great location. Close to everything. Very clean apartment. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Awesome Wine store occupied space below apartment.

There are four parking spots that are never available. Living room furniture was uncomfortable. Loud construction going on upstairs started every morning at 0630. construction vehicles usually took all of parking spaces. These were minor issues still had tons of fun here.

Preis Leistung aufgrund Lautstärke und fehlender Sauna nicht angemessen.

Größe der Wohnung. Schön eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bad mit angenehmer Bodenheizung. Große Badewanne.

Die Unterkunft war verkehrsbedingt extrem laut, da schalldichte Fenster fehlen. Erholsamer Schlaf war nur eingeschränkt möglich. Eine funktionsfähige Couch war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Die als „herausragendes Merkmal“ beworbene Sauna war defekt. Ein Aufkleber in der Dusche – die offenbar als Sauna dienen sollte – wies darauf hin. Dieses zentrale Ausstattungsmerkmal, ein Buchungsgrund meinerseits, stand somit nicht zur Verfügung.

Voor een paar dagen een mooie locatie voor bezoek aan Merano en de bergen.

Ligging vlakbij het centrum en ruimte van het appartement zeer luxe met twee badkamers.

De airco was stuk en het feit dat je via codes een appartement binnen komt en niemand ziet of hoort. Alleen via app contact met elkaar kunt hebben.

Schöne Wohnung mitten in Meran.

Toller Service durch die Vermieterin, die jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar ist. Große Wohnung mitten in Meran mit ansprechender Ausstattung. Offene Küche mit schicker Kochinsel und geschmackvoller Einrichtung und rießigem Esstisch. Sehr schicke Bäder und insgesamt mehr als genug Platz für alle. Typisch französische Betten mit einer Matratze und einer großen Decke für 2 Personen. Dennoch hat die Wohnung grafierende Mängel. Sie liegt direkt an einer der Hauptverkehrsstrassen und ist sehr laut. Eines der beiden Bäder ist als offenes Bad mit Toilette im Schlafzimmer ohne Türe integriert. Was uns jedoch am meisten gestört hatte, waren die unbequemen Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer. Das Sofa hat keine Rückenlehne und die Sessel sind völlig unbequem. Ebenso gibt es am Esstisch nur eine harte Bank ohne Lehne. Niemand möchte dort länger als ein paar Minuten sitzen, was sehr schade ist, denn optisch ist die Wohnung ein Highlight.

l'appartamento è molto grande e funzionale, luminoso con due bagni con vasca e doccia,. E' situato a pochi passi dal centro e dalle Terme Letti comodi e cucina all'americana con piano cottura ad induzione

Prostorný, velmi vkusně zařízený byt, cca 5 min pěšky od centra Merana. V přízemí vinotéka, v přímém okolí několik barů, restaurací kaváren a prodejen potravin.

Jsou to drobnosti, v bytě je pračka, ale nebyly prací náplně, chyběla houbička nebo hadr na mytí nádobí, jedna utěrka, o sušák na prádlo jsme si řekli, ihned majitelka dodala. Byt je u rušné ulice.
