Absolutely Amazing!

Absolutely stunning property, location, management and experience. A very short walk (even with a 4 year old) to the world class Terme Merano, a spa with 27+ pools, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, etc. Additionally very close to 2 coffee shops, 4 pastry shops, multiple restaurants and shopping. Also the Tappeneir Promenade entrance is less than a 5 minute walk. The elevator took us directly to our room, and the penthouse views and skylights afforded gorgeous views onto the city and Mountains. We went in January, and while below freezing, we felt warm and comfortable inside. Comes equipped with washer/dishwasher/refrigerator/heating racks for drying clothes/towels/hair dryer (a must when coming from the USA as our hairdryers do not work in Europe). The manager also left the welcome gift of wine and water. Finally my son was very impressed with the fact we were able to use a car elevator to access parking. Truly luxurious experience well worth the price!

Loved everything. Only thing to pay close attention to are the check-in instructions as accessing the units and parking garage are unique experiences, that once figured out are easy, but for a first time requires attention to detail. Excellent instructions are included.

Beautiful building and well appointed apartment that was very clean. Loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast. Location next to city centre is great.

Would have liked a sofa to relax on, but it wouldn’t stop me booking again. Apartment is located on road from city centre so could get loud when on the balcony or just have windows open.

Very spacious, beautiful, luxurious flat. Perfect location. Asked for high chair and baby bed, was delivered instantly, Inclusive special plates/cups for toddlers.

We couldn't manage the door bell (maybe too modern for us) and had two Keys for 6 people, so sometimes one of us had to get downstairs to let another one without a key inside.

Es ist eher auf Leute ausgerichtet, die auswärts essen gehen. Da es keinen richtigen grossen Esstisch hat, obwohl der Raum das durchaus hergibt. Die Gastgeberin hat vergessen mir die Zugangsdaten zu schicken und auf Nachfragen behauptet, mein WhatsApp funktioniere nicht, eine kleine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht gewesen, da das absolut nicht stimmte.

Posizione ottima con vista sulla città e sulle montagne circostanti, due camere spaziose e confortevolii, arredi di design, camera da bagno con doccia e jacuzzi oltre a toilette di servizio, cucina con dotazione di lavatrice, lavastoviglie. frigorifero e tutto il necessario per consumare i pasti, pulizia e comfort in tutti gli ambienti, posto auto sotterraneo compreso nel prezzo.

Mai nei miei viaggi ho alloggiato in un posto più bello. Stavolta ho viaggiato con i miei nipotini di 1 anno e in struttura abbiamo trovato tutto quello che potevamo desiderare. Le culle, i seggioloni. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie, detersivo. Tutto presente per una comodità assurda. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Anche la posizione della struttura è perfetta 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 5 minuti dal centro.

La struttura è perfetta e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Appartamenti (noi avevamo il Polaris al quinto piano e il Venus al quarto) spettacolari. Molto ampi e luminosi, ognuno con 3 camere da letto matrimoniali molto spaziose. Bagni molto grandi con vasca e doccia. La pulizia impeccabile. Cucine e bagni dotati di ogni comfort. Parcheggio privato sotterraneo accessibile tramite un montauto. Check in e check out in completa autonomia molto semplice. La sig.ra Dorotea molto gentile e cortese e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Personalmente credo che sia stato uno dei migliori alloggi mai prenotato. Merano meravigliosa, il periodo dei mercatini aiuta sicuramente l'atmosfera e l'alloggio all'Eden House Experience è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Struttura davvero bellissima e pulita. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro a piedi e facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina. L’appartamento è fornito di qualsiasi cosa. Spazi enormi e ben curati. Complimenti davvero.

La struttura è perfetta, unica pecca è l’uscita della macchina dal parcheggio nell’orario del check out. Abbiamo aspettato un po’ a causa del traffico dovuto all’orario del checkout.

Une très belle expérience qui nous donne envie de revenir !

Tout était parfait pendant notre séjour à Eden House ! La situation géographique était parfaite : la proximité du centre ville et en même temps le quartier très calme. L'appartement était très spacieux avec tout les accessoires nécessaires, les lits et les oreillers étaient très confortables, tout était d'une propreté impeccable. L'accès à l'appartement et le parking était facile et nous avons étaient très bien assistés par Dorotea depuis le début et jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Merano et nous avons hâte d'y retourner ! Cela sera sans aucun doute à Eden House !

Perfektes Appartement für 6 Personen (Familie oder Freunde). Zentrum sehr nah.Tiefgarage mit Autolift.

Die Ausstattung war komfortabel und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Räume groß und einladend. Persönliche Einweisung für Autolift bei Ankunft. Sehr freundlicher, angenehmer und verlässlicher Austausch über Email/Whatsapp mit Vermieterin. Genaue Anweisungen für An-und Abreise über Email und Booking Nachricht.

Ein Safe für Wertgegenstände fehlte, die Waschmaschine und der Staubsauger waren leider nicht sauber. Töpfe und Geschirr mussten vor der Verwendung gesäubert werden. Gefrierfach war nicht sauber. Hier gehört mehr kontrolliert.

Saubere elegante Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer im 3.OG mit 2x Balkon.

Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. 3x Toilette ist für mehrere Personen perfekt. Das große Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett ist das Highlight. Kommunikation funktioniert super und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Optional konnten wir sogar einen 2. Kfz Tiefgaragenparkplatz für 25€/Nacht dazu buchen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – der elegante Fischgrät Vollholzboden rundet das geschmackvolle Gesamtbild perfekt ab. Vielen Dank an an Dorotea!

Die Couch im Wohnbereich könnte größer sein für 7 Personen. Leider durfte der vorhandene Kachelofen im Wohnbereich nicht verwendet werden (Kachelofen wurde beim Inserat nicht angegeben, somit war auch die Erwartungshaltung von uns nicht gegeben)

Die Größe der Wohnung war wunderbar. Der Holzboden war wirklich schön Die Matratze & der Kopfpolster waren perfekt Die Lage der Unterkunft war wirklich toll - Fußläufig alles erreichbar. (Therme in 10 Minuten erreichbar) Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts (Dorotea) war unkompliziert und hervorragend (Danke dafür)

Questa struttura è davvero stupenda! Sembra di essere in una fiaba, colori luminosi e arredamento molto elegante e confortevole, dotato di TUTTO il necessario (davvero complimenti allo staff per aver pensato di dotare gli appartamenti di qualsiasi cosa potesse essere necessaria). Struttura silenziosa, ordinata e pulita. La posizione è ottima per visitare Merano (4 minuti a piedi dal centro) e i pesi vicini, e Dorotea è stata davvero gentilissima ad assistermi in ogni domanda o necessità in modo molto premuroso e tempestivo, grazie ancora!!

Tutto bellissimo, se posso come suggerimento aggiungerei il microonde all’appartamento, però non è assolutamente una critica, perché davvero ho trovato qualsiasi oggetto o cosa avessimo bisogno. Giusto una cosa in più che sarebbe molto comoda, ma non toglie nulla al comfort e alla cura di questi appartamenti.

Posizione in centro città. Appartamento complessivamente grande.

Distribuzione dei vani nell'appartamento: la cucina è troppo piccola per 6 persone; un bagno è piccolo; le stanze inutilmente grandi e non c'è, in definitiva, uno spazio per stare insieme in 6. I sanitari sono troppo piccoli e quindi molto scomodi. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, il raffrescamento estivo è affidato a dispositivi mobili scarsamente efficaci. Tutto ciò, ovviamente, in rapporto al prezzo del soggiorno.
