This place is great. Stay here but not when I'm trying to book my next visit.

The host is flexible with early check-in and meets you at the property. She lives nearbyn and she is very nice. The apartment is new, clean, and well-furnished. I have never stayed in a flat with Villeroy&Boch dishes. Very rare indeed.

Highly recommended. And the town of Merano is great!

Amazing apartment in a great classical building. Very central. Comfortable bed, excellent reading lights, really quiet (thick stone walls), very friendly and helpful hosts.

Upon arrival I missed the hotel and had to continue along a one-way street. It took some manoeuvring along other one-way streets to get back.

Exceptional Location, Great Value and Amazing Host

Can not say enough good things about this lovely property which is convenient to everything including short distance to public parking. Elevator is a bonus. Can unload luggage and then park car. Lydia is a wonderful owner and her recommendations for restaurants and things to do made for a memorable trip. Loved this property and can’t wIt to return.

Property is exceptional. Wish it had a relaxing chair or two other than those around the dining table, but their are two comfortable ottomans that worked for us .

I plan on returning to this property at least once a year because it was so perfect.

The apartment is very stylish, classic in its decor and in a perfect location. It is easily the best location to be found in Merano. The decor, the linens, the amenities all exceeded our expectations.

I forgot my converter and was disappointed not to find one in the apartment. But it was such a minor thing compared to how wonderful the property is, I bought a converter and left it behind so that no one can complain about such a minor thing.

Great location, excellent communication pre-arrival and during the stay. It felt like having a local friend with you, who you could ask for recommendations. Assistance with parking and checkin was above and beyond one could have expected. Great modern interior, steps away from downtown. Parking is an easy 3 min walk away

Fabulous!

Very convenient location near bus, grocery, bakery, and a short walk to the river. Very stylish, quiet due to great windows, modern appliances and fast WiFi. Good washer with dryer feature and we loved having a Nespresso, just like home. Good communication with the landlady although we never met.

It would be helpful to have a welcome packet or at least some instructions in the apartment regarding the trash and recycling. I think I did it incorrectly but had no direction. We had to ask for the WiFi password so that should be prominently displayed.

Location was fantastic and the loft apartment I stayed in was in superb condition with all the facilities you might want for an extremely comfortable stay. Wifi was reliable and strong. Lydia our host was very accommodating in all our requests and changes

Splendido loft nel centro di Merano

La Signora Lydia ci ha accolto come fossimo dei parenti e ci ha trattato benissimo: anzitutto, a causa della puzza di fumo lasciata dai precedenti inquilini (nonstante il divieto di fumo), ci ha fatto un upgrade gratuito dal monolocale al loft consentendoci anche di scegliere tra 2 opzioi possibili! Inoltre durante tutto il soggiorno è stata disponibilissima per dubbi e consigli su cosa vedere e edove andare! Il loft ed i monolocali sono arredati con gusto e raffinatezza ed è tutto molto rilassante: dai colori ai profuni ai tessuti utilizzati nei complementi d'arredo

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal!!! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und sehr ansprechend. Bäckerei, Lebensmittelladen und die Meraner Lauben liegen in direkter Nachbarschaft. Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen sind fussläufig zu erreichen Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles bestens geklappt! Eine optimale Wohnung für einen Städteurlaub. Wir kommende gerne wieder!

Una host ineccepibile e bellissimo monolocale

Appartamento in centro dotato di ascensore. Molto comodo e sotto una bella pasticceria dove fare colazione. In appartamento c'erano anche gli accappatoi da portarsi dietro alle terme. La Host Lidia veramente carina e disponibile. Il giorno dopo avevo lasciato il carica batterie e prontamente me lo ha trovato e consegnato. Immancabile un caffè sotto casa per fare due chiacchiere e ringraziarla.

Tutto perfetto, casa nuova, accessori di qualità, c'era persino un folletto senza fili. Difficile trovare difetti. Padrona molto disponibile. Garage ottimo e sicuro. Posizione praticamente in centro ma non in ztl, cosa importante

Unica mini pecca migliorabile è usare un altro modo per coprire le finestre, magari una tenda anti luce spessa per chi è abituato a dormire con buio totale
