This place is great. Stay here but not when I'm trying to book my next visit.

The host is flexible with early check-in and meets you at the property. She lives nearbyn and she is very nice. The apartment is new, clean, and well-furnished. I have never stayed in a flat with Villeroy&Boch dishes. Very rare indeed.

Highly recommended. And the town of Merano is great!

Amazing apartment in a great classical building. Very central. Comfortable bed, excellent reading lights, really quiet (thick stone walls), very friendly and helpful hosts.

Upon arrival I missed the hotel and had to continue along a one-way street. It took some manoeuvring along other one-way streets to get back.

Exceptional Location, Great Value and Amazing Host

Can not say enough good things about this lovely property which is convenient to everything including short distance to public parking. Elevator is a bonus. Can unload luggage and then park car. Lydia is a wonderful owner and her recommendations for restaurants and things to do made for a memorable trip. Loved this property and can’t wIt to return.

Property is exceptional. Wish it had a relaxing chair or two other than those around the dining table, but their are two comfortable ottomans that worked for us .

I plan on returning to this property at least once a year because it was so perfect.

The apartment is very stylish, classic in its decor and in a perfect location. It is easily the best location to be found in Merano. The decor, the linens, the amenities all exceeded our expectations.

I forgot my converter and was disappointed not to find one in the apartment. But it was such a minor thing compared to how wonderful the property is, I bought a converter and left it behind so that no one can complain about such a minor thing.

Great location, excellent communication pre-arrival and during the stay. It felt like having a local friend with you, who you could ask for recommendations. Assistance with parking and checkin was above and beyond one could have expected. Great modern interior, steps away from downtown. Parking is an easy 3 min walk away

Finding the keys for checkin could have been easier. Maybe a lock box?

Fabulous!

Very convenient location near bus, grocery, bakery, and a short walk to the river. Very stylish, quiet due to great windows, modern appliances and fast WiFi. Good washer with dryer feature and we loved having a Nespresso, just like home. Good communication with the landlady although we never met.

It would be helpful to have a welcome packet or at least some instructions in the apartment regarding the trash and recycling. I think I did it incorrectly but had no direction. We had to ask for the WiFi password so that should be prominently displayed.

Location was fantastic and the loft apartment I stayed in was in superb condition with all the facilities you might want for an extremely comfortable stay. Wifi was reliable and strong. Lydia our host was very accommodating in all our requests and changes

Geweldig gastvrij ontvangst. Appartement is zeer schoon en voorzien van belangrijke benodigdheden. Bereikbaar met lift. Appartement ligt op steenworp afstand van centrum. Mogelijkheid tot (betaald) parkeren en opladen van de auto.

Wir lieben Südtirol und Meran ist immer eine Reise wert, nicht nur für Wanderer.

Es war alles perfekt … die Lage war sensationell … es gab für unser Auto + Anhänger incl. Vespa die Möglichkeit, es in einer nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage unterzustellen.

Unser Zimmer war zur Straße gelegen, die ab 6 Uhr nicht zu überhören war, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster war es kein Problem.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub !

Die Lage ist TOP. Lydia (die Gastgeberin) hat sich vor dem Appartement mit uns getroffen. Schüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Garagenplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe stand uns für € 17,-- pro Übernachtung zur Verfügung. Das Appartement ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sehr modern und sauber. Lydia hat uns auch noch Lokale in der Nähe empfohlen - war sehr hilfreich 😊 Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

Appartamento ristrutturato da poco, vicinissimo al centro e a un parcheggio. La gestrice dell'appartamento è una persona squisita ed è sempre pronta per qualsiasi necessità

Appartamento spazioso, meraviglioso, pulito, luminoso, silenzioso, situato in un palazzo splendido a 1 minuto dall' area pedonale di Merano. Nell' appartamento è presente anche l'aria condizionata. Parcheggio/garage disponibile su richiesta, si trova di fronte alla struttura. Altra nota positiva da non sottovalutare: da qualche settimana ha aperto una pasticceria eccezionale in prossimità del portone. Quindi per la colazione non serve andare lontano.
