A wonderful place to stay

Our stay at Villa Rina was amazing. The apartment was spacious and beautiful with guests every need anticipated. Friedrich was the perfect host and communication was great before and during our stay. The two balconies were an added bonus. One overlooked the garden and the other provided a perfect view of the mountains which were covered in snow a couple of days after our arrival! We can't wait to stay again.

It was great, super comfortable appartament, we will definitely look forward to our next visit!

The apartment was very well equipped, roomy and clean. Loved the deco and had lots of books and info about the surrounding area. In addition, had two bikes we could use and it was extremely centric! No need need for the car…parking included! Our hosts were very helpful and gracious. Thank you!

Everything was great! Maybe, a little cold as it’s an older building despite the heating, so would recommend some warm socks for walking around the Appartement. Otherwise perfect!

Villa Rina is a great place to stay, with a 10 for hygiene! It's a high quality stay with a personal touch; makes you feel at home at once! And even when it's warm outside, the house remains at a pleasant temperature. The location is perfect; quiet and still within minutes of the beautiful centre of Merano. Friedrich is a very pleasant and professional host, quick responder. There's a safe place to park the car, comfortable beds; what's more to say: splendid Wifi too!

Great place to stay! The apartment as well as Merano and it's surrounding mountains; recommended!!

Giusy & Friedrich have done a great job with the design of the apartment. So elegant and comfortable! At a strategic spot in Merano, quiet, surrounded by gardens and still very close to shops and the wonderful centre of Merano. We came to Villa Rina after a challenging couple of days high up in the (surrounding) mountains and it felt like coming home! Fine beds, a completely equipped kitchen, a good shower, space, light, a parking lot and fast Wifi!

Traumhaft!

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend - Rückfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und Wünsche mit größter Flexibilität ermöglicht (zB die Anreise zur Wunschzeit). Die Wohnung ist liebevoll mit tollen Details eingerichtet - dabei wurde wirklich an alles gedacht (von der Kaffeemaschine über den Wasserkocher über Duschutensilien bis zu zahlreichen Informationsmaterialien über Meran und Südtirol). Die Wohnung ist zudem toll gelegen - in knappen 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum von Meran. Im Innenhof kann man zudem kostenlos parken. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um Meran, aber auch die Umgebung und Südtirol insgesamt zu erkunden. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und doch zentral. Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Schöner Familien-/Wanderurlaub in und um Meran

Wir waren Ende Oktober 2024 als Familie mit zwei Kindern (8 und 11 Jahre) in der Ferienwohnung, während den deutschen Herbstferien untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist absolute Spitzenklasse! Die Lage nahe zur Stadt, gute Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bushaltestelle uns Bahnhof beides fußläufig schnell zu erreichen), mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Cafés und Bäcker bei denen man Frühstück holen oder direkt vor Ort verzehren kann, auch Restaurants, wie z.B. eine gute Pizzeria befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und absolut liebevoll eingerichtet, so etwas haben wir noch nicht gehabt. In der top modern ausgestattete Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, Küche ist mit allen benötigten Küchengeräten (Mixer, Pürierstab, Wasserkocher, Toaster, mehrere Kaffeezubereitungsmaschinen und vielem mehr) ausgestattet. Vor Ort stehen viele Reiseführer, egal ob für Genießer, Extremwanderer oder Familien zur Verfügung. Dabei handelt es sich nicht um irgendwelche alten Schinken, sondern aktuelle Ausgaben! Bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat uns der Vermieter kurz in alles eingewiesen und uns noch ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort mit dem Vermieter lief super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist für Meraner Verhältnisse sehr groß, was sehr angenehm ist. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen sei auch nochmal, dass uns die Wohnung pikobello sauber übergeben wurde, Spitzenleistung vom Reinigungsteam. ;-) Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Meran!

Es gibt nicht den kleinsten Punkt, den wir an der Wohnung zu bemängeln hätten! :-)
