Lovely stay for family of 5

We had a great time. The location was within walking distance of all our needs, and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable with kids. The host was attentive and available for all our needs, although we didn't need much. For a family with 3 kids, we would def come back.

During the really hot days, airco in the bedrooms would be a game changer.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice comfortable stay in Merano.

The apartment is very clean and modern with everything you could possibly need for a nice vacation. A very ‘designer’ layout. Located right in the city it was just a short walk to the center with all the attractions and restaurants. With a bus stop across the street and the Merano Mobile Pass you have access to the entire transportation network including trains and lifts.

Being in a residential area you didn’t have a particularly nice view from the apartment, but we knew this and decided that the advantages of the location were more important. A coffee table by the couch in the living room would have been nice while watching TV but certainly not that important.

Delightful and clean apartment, in a great location in Merano

Great location along a quiet street, yet super close to the main areas. Wonderful bakeries, pizzerias, fruit and vegetable shops in close walking distance. The apartment is very well sized, and the rooms and bathrooms had most things we needed. The apartment sleeps 6 in the bedrooms comfortably, and the sofa in the living area can be converted to accommodate 2 more. Some friends joined us for a few days during our stay and rented the apartment next door which sleeps 4. Both apartments share a common private lobby, which was very convenient.

The apartment does not have a washing machine, which is a miss for us especially as we were staying for a week. We had to lug our laundry to a laundromat (nearby) for wash and dry. There are paid laundry services around the corner too, but was too pricey for us. Apartment doesn't come with a dishwasher, but we didn't do heavy cooking so that was fine.

Appartamento molto spazioso, parcheggio riservato davanti all'appartamento, bagno pulito (non gli asciugamani) e di buone dimensioni.

La posizione al piano terra non permetteva privacy nella camera da letto in quanto la finestra dava direttamente su un passaggio pedonale. Wi-fi funzionante solo in soggiorno, tv molto bello ma con problemi non risolvibili in autonomia in quanto il tasto menu era stato disabilitato . Un poco più di pulizia negli armadi sarebbe stata cosa gradita, alcuni asciugamani sono andati direttamente nella cesta dello sporco in quanto molto macchiati e lisi. Cucina adatta a chi fa la colazione o poco più. Eccetto via cellulare , presenza del proprietario inesistente. Rapporto qualità prezzo altamente insoddisfacente, l'appartamento non è brutto, ma per il prezzo proposto la qualità (in tutti gli aspetti) deve essere maggiore.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut und die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist Super. Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar.

Da es eine Ferienwohnung war, gab es kein Frühstück! Selbstversorger. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Handtücher und Bettlaken waren vorhanden. In der Küchenzeile war alles zum Kochen da.

Die Betten waren sehr niedrig und das aufstehen bereitet sehr große mühe. Auch waren die Matrazen sehr weich. Für unser empfinden zu weich. Man lag wie in einer Mulde (Hängematte).

Vielen Dank für den herzlichen und persönlichen Empfang. Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber. Uns wurde alles Wichtige gezeigt und auf Fragen wurde schnell und unkompliziert reagiert.. Die Lage ist super und der Parkplatz liegt direkt vor dem Appartement. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, schönes großes Appartment mit Trrasse. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Supermarkt in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Die Betten sind leider sehr weich. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre auch von Vorteil.
