Tutto posizione casa pulita con tutto il necessario coperte asciugamani tv fornelli pentole asciuga capelli tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto .🥰🥰🥰🥰 proprietaria di casa fantastica accogliente e disponibile per tutto posizione ottima e vicinissima a terme merano 2000 centro storico . Penso che ci ritornerò

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, tolle ruhige Lage (zu Fuß ca. 20 Min. ins Zentrum), Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus im Hinterhof, Aufzug, Balkon mit Blick auf Palmen, große Fensterfronten welche viel Licht reinlassen (könnte im Sommer aber warm werden...), Ausstattung der Küche war ok obwohl die Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, Grundsauberkeit war vorhanden, Bett war bezüglich Bequemlichkeit in Ordnung (aber das ist ja Geschmackssache)
Einige schwarze Hundehaare auf dem Boden vom Vormieter, keine Spülmaschinentabs (Klarspüler und Salz hätte auch nachgefüllt werden müssen), Duschhandtuch war aus gewöhnungsbedürftigem Waffelstoff (kein Frottee), Duschvorhang der Badewanne nicht breit genug damit der Boden vor der Wanne trocken bleibt, hoher Badewannenrand und keine Anti-Rutsch-Matte, interessant für Hundebesitzer: wenig bis keine Grünflächen/-streifen in dem Viertel, der nächste kleine Park (Maiser Park) ist ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß entfernt
