I loved it! Apartment is very big, bright and cozy. The view is incredible, the street is also very peaceful. The parking slot is very convenient and close to apartment. All attractions of the city are very close. Daniele was such a nice host, always responsive and eager to help with all my requests. I recommend this place 100% Can’t wait to come back!!

Big and great apartement in the centre of Melan - a great experience and everything close by!

It is a real big apartment 3 minutes away from the center! You have a kitchen, acutally 3 (!) balconies, 2 bedrooms. But the main thing is that this apartment once belonged to an elder woman - and you are allowed to live in her spirit of culture, books and "the round table", were her friends might have been sitting. Absolutely nice and wonderful! Also your host - D. and her right hand M. - are just ... more than nice! If you come to Meran - try to get this apartment. Station is only 4 minutes walk away! Also a little shopping centre close by. For us - is was just great. We will keep it life long in our heart!

Very near to city centre. Very near to supermarkets, restaurants and sight seeing points.

Only thing you should know is that the street in front of the house is not always that silent in the early morning although it is really just a small street. But that is o.k. and quite normal as you are only approx. 300 m away from the city centre.

Es ist vieles in dieser Ferienwohnung kaputt - renovierungsbedürftig - vor allem die Elektrizität.

Der Mitarbeiter der Vermieterin hat uns sehr unfreundlich begrüßt und uns anschließend in der Wohnung die Schlüssel ausgehändigt.

Wir mussten als neue Gäste in dieser Ferienwohnung den Geschirrspüler selbst ausräumen, weil wir sonst kaum Geschirr gehabt hätten. Haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir sind schon viel gereist. Diese Wohnung hat viele Mängel - im Badezimmer ist an der Decke Schimmel zu sehen . Die Stehlampe sowie der Teppich im Wohnzimmer sind kaputt (Foto) Im einem Zimmer (Zimmer mit Etagenbetten) kann man die Steckdose nicht benutzen, weil sie aus der Wand rausgerissen ist. Es war keine kleine Lampe in diesem Zimmer - das Deckenlicht war nur vom Flur aus auszuschalten. Im Schlafzimmer konnte man mit dem Schalter, der sich neben der Tür befindet das Licht nicht einschalten, man musste erst durch das Schlafzimmer gehen, um das Licht einzuschalten. Die Nachtischlampe ist kaputt. Die Küchenlampen, eigentlich sind es nur Glühlampen, die sich über dem Tresen in der Küche befinden, sind mit Papier umwickelt - Brandgefahr!!!! Die Gefrierfächer sind total voller Eis - in der letzten Zeit - vielleicht sogar viele Monate - überhaupt nicht abgetaut worden (Foto). In dem Toaster befanden sich noch Reste von altem getoastetes Brot!!! Die Balkone waren schon sehr lange nicht gesäubert - waren demnächst dreckig - es befanden sich erfrorene Blumen und anderes vom letzten Jahr in den Balkonkästen. Auf einem Balkon steht ein alter Schrank mit Malermaterial - die Tür lässt sich nicht schließen. An dieser Wohnung wohnt ist nur die Lage sehr gut - sie ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig und die Sicherheit der Elektrizität muss umgehend überprüft werden.

Struttura vecchia e non ristrutturata con qualche tapparella che non funzionava. Arredamento essenziale evidentemente frutto di stratificazione nel tempo. Mancano tende alle finestre.
