Soggiorno ottimo, casa accogliente e ben organizzata.

Casa molto bella, curata e ben tenuta. La posizione è davvero ottima: nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le terme, i mercatini di Natale, il centro, supermercati e la fermata del pullman, quindi è comodissima per muoversi senza problemi. Il proprietario è stato sempre disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissima!

L’unica piccola accortezza sarebbe quella di aggiungere un mocio per poter pulire comodamente il pavimento.

Sehr gute Lage und Betreuung, aber leider sehr hellhörig.

Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer, er hat auf alle Anfragen und eventuelle Anliegen sofort reagiert. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mitten im Stadtzentrum und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants und Cafés. Trotz der zentralen Lage und des Aufenthalts über Silvester war von außen kaum Lärm zu hören. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt sind die sehr dünnen Wände (wir waren im Apartment „Rosa“, neben dem angrenzenden Apartment). Wenn man ruhige Nachbarn hat, ist das kein großes Problem - so war es bei uns in den ersten Tagen. Gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts waren jedoch Jugendliche in der Nachbarwohnung, und die erste Nacht war sehr schwierig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Eigentümer sofort reagiert haben, was den sehr guten Kontakt erneut bestätigt. Dennoch bleibt festzuhalten, dass bereits normale Gespräche, Lachen oder gemeinsames Zusammensitzen am Abend deutlich zu hören waren - man hatte teilweise das Gefühl, die Nachbarn befänden sich im selben Wohnraum. Das liegt eindeutig an der Hellhörigkeit der Wände.

Sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und man kann viele Attraktionen zu Fuß gut erreichen. Einen Bäcker gibt es direkt vor der Tür und ein Einkaufszentrum gleich um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und gut für eine Familie mit 4 Personen geeignet. Der Vermieter ist problemlos über WhatsApp zu erreichen und der Check-in hat wunderbar funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten direkt beim Appartement. Man muss öffentliche Parkplätze nutzen, die entweder teuer sind oder kostenlos und weiter weg.

Nagyon kényelmes, tágas, jól felszerelt, kellemes hangulatú szálláshely.

6 fős apartmanban voltunk, ami rendkívül tágas volt. A nappaliban a kihúzott kanapé nem korlátozta a közlekedést, sem a konyhához, sem az étkezőhöz való kényelmes hozzáférést. A fürdő tiszta, tágas, kényelmes volt. A törölközők száma szinte zavarbaejtően sok. A konyha jól felszerelt. Mosogatógép nincs, de mindenki mosogatott maga után, nem volt gond. Jó nagy a hűtő, fagyasztóban is van sok hely. Kapszulás kávéfőző van. Abszolút központi helyen található, mindenhova busszal közlekedtünk, a megállók 2 percen belül elérhetők. Alatta van egy pékség és egy vendéglátóhely, a Spar kb. 2 percnyi séta. A sétálóutca szintee az épület előtt halad el. A felvonó is rövid sétával elérhető.

Csak a nappaliban volt klíma, ami elég gyengének bizonyult, nem hűtött nagy intenzitással. Arra kell számítani, hogy parkoló nincs a szálláshoz, a legközelebbi parkolóház pár perc sétára van. Bár ezt nem nevezném negatívumnak belvárosi viszonylatban, inkább csak jó tudni a bepakolás miatt.

L'appartamento, vicino alle Terme e vicino alle fermate degli autobus, ha una ottima ubicazione. Il sig. Daniele gentilissimo è molto solerte a risolvere eventuali problemi, si è guastata la macchinetta del caffè e subito sostituita con una nuova.

Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, angenehm gross und gut eingerichtet. Einmal, bei unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt, wurde die Wohnung geputzt. Dies haben wir zum ersten Mal so erlebt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Einkäufe auf die Schnelle und Ausflüge (Busstation direkt vor dem Haus). Das Glockenspiel der nahen Kirche, jeweils 7 und 19 Uhr war eines der Highlights. Traumhaft schön. .

Leider hatte es keinen Sonnenschirm oder ähnlich auf dem grossen Balkon. Mitten in der Stadt gelegen, war es Nachts ziemlich laut. Damit ist sicher zu rechnen, jedoch bis und über Mitternacht doch ziemlich störend. Klar, der Vermieter kann nichts dafür.

Super Appartment mitten in Meran

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral am Theaterplatz von Meran. Vor der Tür fahren Busse in alle Richtungen. In der unmittelbaren Nähe ist ein Einkaufszentrum. Die Promenaden am Fluss entlang und die Thermen sind auch in kürzester Zeit zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen großen Balkon mit Blick in die Berge (und die Stadt) Es ist natürlich laut wenn man auf dem Balkon ist oder die Fenster geöffnet hat. Aber das ja klar wenn man so zentral wohnt! Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man wenig, ein Klimaanlage hilft die Temperatur erträglich zu halten. Auch sehr gut war die Betreuung, in unserem Fall ganz einfach per WhatsApp. Eine Reaktion kam sehr schnell und immer freundlich. Super! Fazit: Spitze!

Vicino alle terme, vicino al centro, appartamento nuovo, moderno, ottime infrastrutture ed elegante architettonicamente, disponibilità per qualunque richiesta via wa.

Difficoltà col parcheggio, ma è una criticità genrale su tutta Merano; delle 2 chiavi tessera ne funzionava solo una, ma ci siamo arrangiati ugualmente

A due passi dai Mercatini di Natale e dalle Terme di Merano, la posizione è strategica. L'appartamento è grande e luminoso. Ideale per brevi permanenze di business o brevi soggiorni.

La pulizia è buona ma migliorabile, abbiamo trovato resti in frigo dei precedenti ospiti. Non abbiamo trovato nessuna scopa, detersivi o altro per pulire e rassettare nei giorni del nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento non è particolarmente idoneo per una vacanza lunga di una famiglia, in quanto non ci sono elettrodomestici utili come lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde ma è ben riscaldato e ben dotato di piatti, bicchieri e pentole.
