The automatic system to get in and out of the parking garage did not work properly. And on the day we left the electronic door system of the appartment did not work.

Really enjoyed this very pleasant, spacious and superbly located flat.

Lovely space, nice that some basics are on hand, salt, pepper, cooking oil, cleaning sponges, and dish and washing detergents, etc.

A couple of things would improve the cooking possibilities even more - pot holders, a couple of dish towels, a lemon juicer. There is a smell of mod coming from the shower that should be attended to.

Great Apartment in the heart of Merano

New building with a wonderful, stylish and fully-equipped apartment. Furniture and equipment is high-end and apartment has everything that you might need during your stay. Location is amazing as you have everything in walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants…). I recommend to book the parking garage as it’s super convenient (less than 5 minute walk) and safe for your car. Especially handy if you do a lot of day-trips (e.g. hiking) as there is no free parking near by. The owner (Thomas) and his friend were super nice and communication before and during the trip was always good and timely. We even received tips for restaurants & places to go. Definitely recommend this place and we will be back 😊

Équipement parfait et de qualité. Le logement est très récent. L‘emplacement est central et pratique.

Un peu de bruit le soir, lié au restaurant au rez-de-chaussé. Mais on est au centre-ville donc il faut s‘y attendre.

Wer mit dem Auto kommt, muss beachten, dass man nur zu bestimmten Zeiten vor Ort fahren. Das ist kein wirklicher Nachteil, man muss es nur beachten.

Ideale per visitare Merano e i suoi m ercatini di Natale

Posizione centrale, garage messo a disposizione dalla struttura conveniente, pass gratuito per i mezzi pubblici, il sig. Thomas molto disponibile per richieste e informazioni. Di fianco al portone della struttura c'è un ristorante pizzeria adatto anche a persone con intolleranze a glutine e lattosio. Ambiente pulito e confortevole.

Se proprio devo trovare una miglioria da fare consiglio di aggiungere uno scola piatti anche da appoggio e magari un piccolo microonde.

Appartamento moderno e accogliente.

La struttura era in centro a Merano e vicinissima a tutto (supermercato compreso). Il proprietario ci ha proposto un box auto, non troppo lontano dalla struttura (scelta consigliata in quanto parcheggi scarsi e ZTL attiva). Riguardo all'appartamento molto accogliente e moderno e, nel suo piccolo, estremamente funzionale.

Die Lage im Zentrum von Meran war super. Die Räumlichkeiten waren gross und sauber.

Was ich schade finde, dass kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter stattfindet. Die schnellen und freundlichen Mitteilungen per SMS sind aber super.

Posizione eccezionale, pizzeria e pasticceria sotto, ascensore, studio moderno con tutto il necessario, balconcino, phon super potente x persone con capelli lunghi, bustine di the e tisane miste , caffè solubile e x moka, bollitore, getto d’acqua perfetto e sempre caldissima!!! Letto super comodo!!! Info dettagliate sin da subito e sempre pronto a rispondere tempestivamente !!! Che dire… Lorent House ha capito cosa ha bisogno un turista!! Eccezionale!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist hervorragend - trotz zentraler Lage ist es ruhig in der Unterkunft. Die Dusche ist sehr angenehm, da groß und sehr schön. Die Küchenzeile ist großzügig und zweckmäßig.

Aufgrund der Sprachschwierigkeiten der Person, die die Schlüsselübergabe macht, hatten wir anfangs Probleme beim Zugang zum Hauseingang und beim Aufsperren der Wohnungstüre. Es wäre angenehm gewesen, wenn uns das gut erklärt worden wäre.

Super Lage. Modern eingerichtet. Obwohl zentral gelegen absolut ruhig. Danke an Peter, der uns bei der Übergabe des Schlüssels eine kleine Stadtführung gegeben hat, damit wir uns direkt orientieren konnten. Sofortige Antworten auf Anfragen im Vorfeld.

Die Küchenausstattung hätte umfangreicher sein können z.B. ein Toaster etc.

Durch die zentrale Lage kann es manchmal etwas laut sein bis spät nachts.
