Excellent, excellent, excellent! My second stay at these apartments, right in the heart of the city, on a main shopping street with beautiful historic porticos. The apartments are housed in a 14th century building, exuding history and a tale or two! Your host is most gracious and sincerely cares that you are comfortable. There is everything in the apartment that you would expect to find. There are lots of 'homely' touches and the decorative flair is gorgeous. Everything excels.

10/10 Recommend! We cannot say enough good things about our stay here and our meal at the restaurant! Peter was an incredibly gracious host who greeted us with Prosecco and showed us around the suite. It was beautifully decorated with great ambience and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He arranged for a special anniversary dinner reservation in the special area of the restaurant over the koi pond and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Merano is a wonderful place and all Florino was then perfect central location for our explorations.

A quiet and pleasant hideaway in the center of Merano.

The room was quiet, cozy, and very pleasant, located above an excellent trattoria in an interesting and elegant historic palazzo, right in the center of town. There was a portable air conditioning unit, and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for a short stay. Our host (who is also the owner of the trattoria) was very charming, welcoming & friendly, and provided us with excellent suggestions and advice - not to mention a fantastic dinner in his trattoria! Highly recommend!

The shower was small for some people, and the water temperature was a little erratic. Otherwise the place was great.

Sehr geräumiges Appartement, gut ausgestattet, durch Klimaanlage und Ventilator auch bei der großen Hitze erträglich, schönes Ambiente, Besitzer und Servicekräfte sehr nett, ein Besuch in der Trattoria Flora direkt im Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen

Alles da im Appartement und mitten im Meraner Zentrum; ganz wunderbar.

Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten. Besonders gut war, dass es eine Klimaanlage gab; bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur, ein wunderbares Raumklima im Appartement😃 Die Schlüssel-Übergabe sehr unkompliziert. Dankeschön🎈

Schöner Aufenthalt trotz 35 Grad Hitze

Es war alles, wie vom Besitzer und den Vorgängern beschrieben und abgebildet. Fahrräder unterzubringen und das Parken gestaltet sich in historischen Innenstädten erfahrungsgemäß schwieriger/teurer. Am Bahnhof gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze (allerdings unbewacht und auf eigenes Risiko) und am Bahnhof und an der Therme gibt es sogar kostenlose Fahrradboxen. Wir hatten kein Problem, dass es kein Fenster nach Draußen gibt. Starke Raucher könnten allerdings ein Problem haben. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen.

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist perfekt. Die Exklusivität (altes Gericht/ Gefängnis) Angeschlossenes hervorragendes Restaurant! (Kurzfristig Buchung für Apartmentgäste möglich) Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken.

Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis, das man gerne wiederholen möchte.

Das Il Florino hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Das Appartement liegt zentral und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Weiterhin zu empfehlen ist auch die Trattoria Flora im Haus. Hier wird man vom Chef Peter und seiner netten Crew so verwöhnt, wie man es sich wünscht.

Séjour agréable dans un endroit calme et une belle région avec beaucoupp de visites à faire.

Très bienplacé en centre ville dans une galerie marchande, c'est calme et sécurisé. La literie est très bonne. L'appartement est fonctionnel. L'hôte est d'une grande gentillesse et à votre écoute.

La cuisine est bien équipée, mais l'ajout d'un micro onde serait bien.

L'appartamento è situato in ottima posizione,inoltre essendo situato sopra la trattoria Flora si può godere di un ottimo pranzo o cena con il 10% di sconto. Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Essendo posto dentro un edificio del 1400 non ha finestre che affacciano verso l'esterno.

Location ottima in zona centrale

Situato in via Portici, la strada più famosa e caratteristica di Merano, si trova sopra al bel Ristorante Flora. Il proprietario Peter è disponibile e simpatico, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta per far sentire l'ospite come a casa. La camera è praticamente un appartamento con zona cucina separata abitabile completa di tavolo per due, bollitore, macchina caffè, piatti posate ecc ecc. La camera da letto è molto spaziosa, letto comodissimo, bagno grande, tutto nuovo. Pulizia impeccabile. Silenziosissima (da su un cortile interno). Consigliatissimo!
