L'appartamento è situato in pieno centro a Merano, ma ciò nonostante è molto silenzioso. L'unico rumore che si sente è quello del campanile (essendo collocato proprio a ridosso). La casa è molto accogliente e pulitissima. Gli spazi sono ampi per una coppia e una famiglia di 3 persone. La cucina è ben attrezzata e il bagno comodo. La persona che lo gestisce è molto cordiale e responsive. Davvero molto disponibile.
Non c'è aria condizionata, però tanti ventilatori a disposizione che, nonostante il caldo eccezionale, hanno sopperito alla mancanza dell'impianto di raffrescamento.

Die Lage der Wohnung in einem Laubengang war sehr zentral. Für die Unterbringung der Fahrräder konnte man eine Garage zusätzlich mieten.
Auch mit Instruktionen war die Wohnung nicht einfach zu finden, da die Hausnummer erst weit hinten in einem Gang zu finden war. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war sehr klein, spärlich eingerichtet und ein Etagenbett für einen erwachsenen Gast war nicht sehr gemütlich. Alle Fenster waren auf einen engen Innenhof gerichtet.
