una piacevole pausa alle terme, passeggio in centro e sulle tracce di Sissi, e alla Forst.

Appartamento mini composto da tre locali, ( cucina/sala, camera da letto e bagno )al piano terra in posizione eccellente a pochi passi dalle Terme, e vicinissima al centro storico. Parcheggio privato davanti la porta di casa. Gentilezza e cordialità dell'oste superiore alle attese, pulizia e dotazione dell'appartamento( attrezzi della cucina, asciugamani, detergenti, coperte per letto, ecc. ecc.) , compreso riscaldamento efficiente e WIFI. Ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze, tutto quello che occorre per una breve vacanza a Merano.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Lage

Sehr gute Lage nur ein paar Minuten in die Innenstadt, zur Therme und zur Bushaltestelle. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin sehr gut, wir durften sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung. Ausstattung war sehr gut, alles was man braucht war da. Es war sehr sauber und Komfortabel. Am Abend (bis ca. 22 Uhr) etwas laut von der Wohnung über uns aber in der Nacht war es ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen.

Gemütlich und toll gelegen

Das Apartment ist toll gelegen, ruhig aber nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Therme oder dem Stadtzentrum von Meran entfernt. Klein aber fein, sauber, wir haben nichts vermisst. Alessia hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Dank den Fliegengittern konnten wir abends gut lüften, damit es nicht zu heiss war, um zu schlafen. Obwohl es Parkplätze hat direkt vor dem Eingang - first come first served - haben wir zur Sicherheit eine Garage für eine kleine Gebühr reserviert. Damit hatten wir den PP auf sicher und das Auto stand nicht in der Sonne.

Eine Klimaanlage könnte an heissen Tagen nicht schaden.

Tolle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, saubere und vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum! Direkt vor der Wohnung kann man kostenlos parken.

Gute Lage, kleine aber feine, komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Wohnung, ruhige Lage. Schnelle Reaktionszeit der Vermieterin über WhatsApp. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern.

Die Zimmer waren recht dunkel. Keine Aussicht und keine gute Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen

Gerne werden wir wieder eine Reise nach Meran und auch gerne das Appartement buchen.

Die Lage des Appartements liegt sehr zentral. In der Nähe befindet sich die Therme mit dem Busbahnhof. Mit dem Bus kann man sehr bequem die Umgebung von Meran erkunden. Die Gastronomie (Bar's, Gelaterie, Pizzerien, internationale Küche) im Ortskern können sehr wir empfehlen. Meran selbst ist sehr nobel aus einer nahezu mondänen Zeit. Der Wochenmarkt am Freitag sollte man auf jeden Fall besuchen.

Große Kochkünste lassen sich in der kleinen Küche nicht vollbringen, was die Versorgung der Familie auf Frühstück und Abendessen einschränken kann.

Posizione ottima, pulizia impeccabile, spazi adeguati alle nostre esigenze, host disponibile e cordiale. Questo appartamento consente di visitare la città e percorrere i sentieri più famosi spostandosi comodamente a piedi. Fantastica la vicinanza alla terme, in meno di 5 minuti di cammino e si è dentro alla struttura.

La cura dei dettagli, la gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host, la pulizia, la centralità dell’appartamento. I servizi aggiuntivi come l’aver trovato caffè, thè e camomilla, saponi per cucina e bagno e carta igienica. Se torneremo a Merano riprenoteremo sicuramente qui!

Gute Unterkunft, gerne wieder

Von aussen und Umgebung na ja, obwohl gute Lage. In der Nähe ist die Bushaltestelle Therme, und in der Nacht ist es ruhig. Waren dann aber angenehm überrascht über die liebevolle ,Ausstattung .Alles was man benötigt z.B.Wasserkocher ,Mikrowelle, Toaster sind vorhanden. Neuwertiges Bad , viel Platz für zwei Leute. Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis, gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation ( englisch) hat auch geklappt.
