Beware of the parking rules..

The studio apartment is kept clean & the host has contacted us well in advance with instructions on how to check in & checkout..There are restaurants available within walking distance from the property..The sleep was comfortable for a group of four..

The parking..There is no free parking available & we were advised to use the paid parking near the apartment (blue lines) which was free from 7.00 PM to 8.00AM. But what we didn’t know was about a strange rule in the city that on Fridays they use these parking slots as a market..Our Car was towed away when we went to pick-it up around 7.50 AM & we were charged a hefty fine of approx. 230 Euro (more than the rental for the apartment). The police & the towing garage team were not at all willing to listen to us as we being tourist not aware of this rule. The language barrier made it more worse & the host was not particularly helpful either..There were no clear instructions in English on the parking space mentioning this particular rule, hence it was a total disaster for us..

Cramped and overpriced

Short walk from both the railway station and the centre of town. Bathroom good. Nice shower. Merano itself is very nice with plenty of good walking along the river and in the hills.

Cramped. On a very busy road, which made it hard to sleep without closing the window, which made it very stuffy. Couldn't find a chopping board. Coffee maker was falling apart. The bed was literally two feet from the ceiling. No instructions to work the 'air conditioner ' (more like a fan), which periodically made a very loud noise.

Comfy space in the heart of Merano

Casa Vacanze is located in a nice leafy part of central Merano, close to the center within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the spa. The place is small but clean and well-equipped; a family of four we didn’t feel crowded. We never met Monica in person, but she was very helpful and easy to deal with, everything worked perfectly.

There was nothing to not like.

Una toccata e fuga a Merano

Possibilità di cucinare in casa, posizione centrale. Appartamento con un buono spazio, frigorifero e televisione.

Difficoltà per la posizione a trovare parcheggio auto. Ascensore versione ristretta dove si era costretti a salire in 2 persone e non di più. Box doccia senza anta che chiude con possibilità di bagnare esterno. Divano letto con materasso poco confortevole. Ambiente eccessivamente caldo. Non funzionava la luce del mobiletto del bagno e se uno si voleva fare la barba aveva la luce generale ma non quella più vicina. Un solo rotolo di carta igienica a disposizione.

Okaye Unterkunft in guter Lage

Super Lage. In wenigen Gehminuten ist sowohl der Bahnhof als auch ein geeigneter Parkplatz. Man ist ebenfalls sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und bei der Promenade. Es wird alles geboten was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet, sondern nur eine Homebase für Wanderungen oder Sightseeing benötigt, ist das allerdings optimal.

Stockbett, was gewöhnungsbedürfitg sein kann, darunter eine Ausziehcouch. Leider beides sehr laut, das eine knarzt, das andere quietscht. Das WLAN ist leider auch extrem langsam und teilweise instabil

Zentrale Lage und eine durchaus leichte Erreichbarkeit von Zentrum und Bahnhof.

Die Klimaanlage hat es bei dem warmen Temperaturen nicht geschafft das Zimmer herunterzukühlen. Vor allem in der Nacht auf dem Hochbett.

L'appartamento era sporco, polvere e ragnatele in quantità, appena entrati,si sentiva un odore misto tra urina e marcio ,la cosa più sconvolgente erano i guanciali sporchi e puzzolenti (segnalato alla proprietaria,ha avuto il coraggio di rispondere che erano macchie di candeggina 🫣)per i letti poi , impossibile riposare cigolavano di brutto In bagno nemmeno una bustina di bagnoschiuma Sedia rotta Pentole e stoviglie sporche di residui di cibo 🤢 Se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza evitate !
