Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Passer und der Kurpromenade entfernt in einem hübschen, sehr grünen Viertel. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet erfreulich viel Stauraum. Häufig haben wir bisher zu wenig Stauraum in Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer erlebt. Das ist hier gar nicht so. Ebenfalls muss die immer gute Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin hervorgehoben werden, die immer superschnell auf Fragen reagierte. 👍🏻
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben lediglich zwei Tipps für unsere Vermieterin: Für Frühstück auf dem Balkon wäre ein passender Balkontisch und eine reparierte Markise prima. Wir haben uns Tische zusammengerückt und vor 9 uhr gefrühstückt - das ging auch 😉

The only difficulty we had was waste disposal. Perhaps because we had a lack of knowledge of the local rules. An instruction would be really helpful. In our case, the solution was found via contacting the host.

Appartamento con ambienti ampi, ben curato, caldo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Eccellente posizione che permette in pochi minuti di raggiungere il centro e tutti i principali servizi. Ottima la comunicazione con l'host. Merano è piuttosto complicata per parcheggiare l'auto. Quando tornerà disponibile il posto auto privato la struttura meriterà un 10.
