Appartamento ben tenuto, pulito e vicino al centro, dotato di posto auto vicino e sicuro. Accessoriato con tutto il necessario. Nessun problema nel ritiro chiavi.

Il divano letto del soggiorno non è proprio un divano letto matrimoniale e una parte è piuttosto corta per cui ci si deve coricare in diagonale o stare molto vicini. Non è un difetto, ma va considerato nel caso in cui le due persone che dormono in soggiorno non amino stare attaccati.

Perfekt gelegene & sehr nette Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Meran

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt – und konnten an einigen Tagen sogar Blick auf die Berge genießen! Sie ist super ausgestattet für eine Ferienwohnung und wir wurden ganz nett mit einem kleinen kulinarischen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt. Die Gastgeberin war vor und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes für uns immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns stets mit Rat & Tat zur Seite gestanden. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Lage fanden wir super – in 10 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof oder in der Innenstadt; Bäckerei & Supermarkt sind noch schneller zu erreichen. Alles perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Meran!

Leider hat unser Auto nicht in die zur Verfügung stehende Box in der Tiefgarage gepasst, sodass wir uns eine alternative Parkmöglichkeit suchen mussten ... Für niedrige Autos aber kein Problem (wenn man sich die steile Zufahrt hinunter getraut hat ;) – in Meran ist die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit auf jeden Fall ein dickes Plus!

la pulizia della casa è stata super. La posizione comoda verso il centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi, è stata importante. La possibilità del posto auto è stata molto apprezzata da parte mia. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ben organizzata in tutto dal reperimento delle chiavi fino alla restituzione. è andato tutto benissimo.

Gutes Zuhause für einen tollen Meran-Urlaub

Super Lage im Stadtzentrum, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar und dank Garagenplatz auch für Autofahrer toll. Das Appartement war super-sauber. Alles da, was für einen Urlaub nötig ist.

La posizione è vicinissima al centro raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti, il garage gratuito vicino al condominio è davvero comodo, è sicuramente un plus. Appartamento piccolino ma ristrutturato, pulito e ordinato, al primo piano dotato di ascensore.

Il nostro check in è avvenuto attorno alle 21:30 di un venerdì sera, abbiamo avuto un problema con il ritiro autonomo delle chiavi, non c'erano. La signora Emanuela è stata reperibile e ci ha mandato una signora che in 15 minuti è arrivata con il mazzo di chiavi risolvendo il problema in fretta. Il condominio non rende giustizia all'appartamento, è datato, ma comunque è ordinato, con tante piante sulle scale :)

Perfekt für den Aufenthalt in Meran

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Appartement in guter Lage von Meran. Laubengasse in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ein weiteres Plus ist der Garagenstellplatz. Allerdings muss man hier mit einem großen Auto schon ein bisschen rangieren. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Emanuela, die immer sehr schnell antwortet.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr sauber. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Die Stadt mit ihren Geschäften und Restaurants ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir hatten die Wohnung für eine Nacht für 4 Personen gemietet und somit die Couch im Wohnzimmer als Schlafgelegenheit mit genutzt. Allerdings kann diese aufgrund der Größe von zwei erwachsenen Personen kaum genutzt werden. Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt= die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Vacanza bellissima. Appartamento, montagna e città meritano 5 stelle.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e completo di tutto il necessario per una famiglia.Posizione ottima, praticamente centro città. Parcheggio al coperto in un garage vicinissimo. Ci si mette 15 minuti a raggiungere la cabinovia di merano 2000. Check in facile e accoglienza perfetta( barattolino di caffè, vasetto marmellata, succo bio, bottiglia acqua e bustine di tè). Molto soddisfatti.
