Perfect choice for a pleasent stay in Merano

Was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. It was very clean, very convenient self check-in and perfect location.

I sent a message to the owner before arriving if there is a chance to get a check-in earlier (as we had a lot of lugguages and check-in time was a bit late, but didn’t receive any answer to this my question. It would be nice to receive a response even if it is negative. Appart of this, everything was very nice and we would come back here next time for sure.

Very nice apartment!

The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Great position.

There was no bidet (big shock since we are in Italy) and the apartment was quite hot (no A/C, just a fan)

Clean, well-equipped, modern apartment. Liked the central location.

We did not sleep well in the apartment. With high temps in the 30‘s (C) it was necessary to have the windows open to cool down the apartment at night, but the problem was that there was too much street noise (loud, sometimes screaming people in the plaza across the street until 01:00, then bus and truck traffic starting at 06:00). So we had to choose between heat or noise, neither of which are good for sleeping. And unfortunately there were no fans in the apartment, which would have been helpful.

Buona posizione, appartamento sporco.

appartamento sicuramente in ottima posizione centrale, dove però si è molto disturbati dalle persone sotto e dai mezzi che passano nella via.

L’appartamento era sporco e per niente tenuto bene. Ho scritto dello sporco presente e mi è stato risposto che sarebbe passato qualcuno a pulire l’indomani. Ovviamente non è venuto nessuno ed è rimasto sporco.

Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, geräumiges Bad, Küche ok (hatten leider einen Stromausfall für einen ganzen Abend/nächsten Vormittag), Bett im Schlafzimmer ok, Schlafsofa im WZ durchgelegen… 2 deutschsprachige TV/Sender, gutes WLAN..

Großes Appartement mitten in Meran

Das Appartement ist schön groß und geräumig. Die Lage ist auch super mitten im Zentrum von Meran.

Grundausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Kaffee, Tee und Gewürze wären super da man dies sich nicht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt extra kauft.

Ottima la posizione, da migliorare la pulizia della casa e dare qualche servizio in più. Consigli anche dove parcheggiar

Ottima la posizione. E per il periodo era sempre ben riscaldato. Letto comodo.

L’appartamento non era pulito bene. Il divano letto, le lenzuola, il copri letto e gli asciugamani emanavano un cattivo odore di fumo (sigaretta). Soprattutto per i bimbi non è stato il massimo. In cucina dipende uno com’è abituato c’è lo stretto necessario, sarebbero stati graditi un po’ più di utensili da cucina. Consigliano questo parcheggio a pagamento, mentre sarebbe stato carino dare dei consigli anche su altro.
