The location of the lock box for the keys wasn't immediately obvious from the photos, but that didn't take long to sort out.

Nice view in the city center

The location of the apartment and the view from it is fantastic. I enjoyed especially the big windows and that you see the mountains from everywhere.

Overall the apartment could have been cleaner and the communication felt slightly unprofessional. To me the place is a little overdecorated, which is of course my personal opinion. I also suggest to provide white cotton bed linen and white towels.

Probably best short-term apartment in central Merano.

Our arrival was not fun. I had talked to our host and told him we would likely arrive around 6:00. Instead, we arrived after 7:00 and he could not wait for us. Thus, we arrived to a stiflingly hot apartment and it took a long time to find out how all the systems worked, including how to unlock the front door, how to close the curtains, etc. I would suggest that they leave a few pages in English explaining how everything works. That said, it is probably the best apartment available in central Merano. It is well equipped. The fixtures are attractive and best quality. The large balcony has a wonderful view over Merano to the mountains. Central Merano has a large pedestrian zone and is thus very quiet, as was the apartment. It is unfortunate that we were only there for one night and had no time to further enjoy the city and the apartment.

It was very hard to find the entrance to the building. It is a bit inside, to the left of the bookstore. The key box is on the red pillar next to the book store.

Amazing view and prime location

I love how beautifully the place is designed and it is at a prime location. we wokeup to a beautiful sunrise over the mountains which could be seen while sleeping in.

Das Duvet und die Kissen müssten dringend ersetzt werden. Das Fixleintuch wie Löcher auf, welche zwar geflickt wurden. Es waren nur zwei Kaffeekapseln vorhanden.

Soggiorno piacevole, in centro, con bellissima vista e tutto a portata di mano.

L'appartamento è pulitissimo e moderno, ben accessoriato, situato in pieno centro, vicino alle passeggiate, i Portici, il fiume, i negozi di alimentari, la farmacia, le librerie... Si trova in un condominio ben tenuto, è servito da ascensore ed è molto tranquillo, silenziosissimo di notte. E' un bilocale davvero luminoso, con grandi finestre e ben due terrazzi, dove ci si può comodamente rilassare godendo la vista delle montagne.

Credo che sia più adatto per due persone e noi eravamo in tre. Purtroppo il divano letto era un po' scomodo.

Appartamento in pieno centro , a due passi dai mercatini di natale. Veramente comodissimo. Le vetrate regalano una vista da togliere il fiato. Pulito e arredato con tutti i comfort necessari. Proprietario sempre disponibile.

Holprige Kommunikation / schwieriger Start, aber schöner Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mitten in der Innenstadt von Meran. Die Aussicht aus beiden Zimmern auf die Berge ist wunderschön und die Wohnung durch die Größe der Fenster sehr hell.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schwierig. Es kamen vorab keine Informationen. Zutritt zur Wohnung laut Mitteilung auf Booking.com: Jemand wird sich vor Ort mit Ihnen treffen. Tatsächlich standen wir zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt vor der Schlüsselbox in der Einkaufspassage und niemand kam. Der Vermieter spricht weder Deutsch, noch Englisch, daher Kommunikation mithilfe eines Google-Übersetzers über den Booking.com-Chat. Wir sollten polizeiliche Dokumente (von denen vorher nie die Rede war!) hochladen, dann erst wird er uns den Zugangscode zur Wohnung geben. Das hätte man natürlich viel stressfreier alles vor Reiseantritt erledigen können - wenn das vorher kommuniziert worden wäre. So standen wir nach über 7 Stunden Autofahrt vor der Schlüsselbox und haben eine knappe halbe Stunde hin-und hergeschrieben, bis wir endlich in die Wohnung kamen. Es hätte so einfach sein können! Die Wohung selbst ist schön, aber man sollte daran denken, ein paar Kerzen und ein Leselicht mitzubringen. Die Lampen verbreiten ein sehr weißes Licht, so dass man eher das Gefühl hat, sich in einer Artzpraxis aufzuhalten. Auch an den Betten stehen kleine Lampen, mit diesem weißen Licht, das allerdings zum Lesen nicht ausreicht. Also vorsorgen! In der Wohnung steht ein Mülleimer in der Küche zur Verfügung. Es gibt keinen Hinweis darauf, wohin dieser Müll am Ende entsorgt werden soll. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter kam die Antwort: am besten auf der Straße (Mülltonnen suchen?) und bitte getrennt. Schwierig! Also, die Wohnung ist schön und empfehlenswert, aber insgesamt wären einige konkrete Anweisungen vorab sehr hilfreich gewesen bzw. ein Ordner vor Ort mit einigen Infos (z.B. Müll). Es fehlt also nicht viel, um das zu einem perfekten Urlaubsrefugium zu machen... P.S. Bei anderen Ferienwohnungen in Meran wurde der Praderplatz am Hauptbahnhof als kostenlose Möglichkeit zu parken angegeben. Dies haben wir genutzt und viel Geld dadurch gespart. (Auf Marktzeiten achten!)

Geniale Wohnung für einen Zwischenstopp in Meran!

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt. Super Wohnung. Tolle Aussicht über die Stadt. Alles sehr praktisch eingerichtet.

An findet die Wohnung schwierig, etwas versteckt. Man kann mit dem Auto nicht zum Ausladen hinfahren, man muss alles eine weitere Strecke tragen. Die Matratzen sind sehr unbequem.
