The apartment was large and very well-appointed. Everything I needed and more was provided by the hosts. Comfortable beds, slept like a dream! Warm and welcoming, and a perfect location in the town center. The Eckert Family, were especially hospitable. I can't say enough!!!

Ariane was very welcoming. She showed us around in the appartment and showed us that it is quite easy to adjust to Covid rules in Italy. The apartment is very nice and in the Harry of the city centre.

Merano, my elegant Lady

The location and the space were excellent. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent and its comfort high. We like and the tasty modern decoration. The lady of the house awaited us upon arrival and put some chocolate on the table for us. She also was present at our early check-out at 07:00 am.

If you have difficulty walking stairs, this apartment without elevator on the third floor might not be the thing for you, but it did not bother us

tutto. difficile dire il contrario. appartamento nuovo, arredamento curatissimo, 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 camera con 2 letti da cm120, quindi più che comodo per 5 persone. cucina fornitissima di tutto, compreso olio, sale/aceto, condimenti, scottex, te, caffè. Compreso lavastoviglie. Completamente fornita di tutto per mangiare anche in appartamento. Bagno nuovo, doccia ottima. posizione strategica completamente in centro, le terme a 100 mt a piedi. parcheggio a 8 min a piedi con possibilità di tariffa giornaliera a 17E/gg molto bassa per standard di Merano. la cordialità della proprietaria Ariane superlativa. Da ritornare

Inutile non rilevare che si trova al 3° piano senza ascensore, chiaramente i bagagli da portare si fan sentire, ma le scale comunque non sono scale scomode.

Increíble ubicación dentro del casco histórico de la ciudad, el apartamento es amplio y cómodo con todo lo necesario para un hospedaje y sinceramente podría vivir ahí. El baño limpio, súper útil la lavadora, bien equipada la cocina y sobretodo muy amable el trato.

Appartamento molto accogliente, arredato con gusto, pulito, ordinato, caldo, luminoso e completo di tutto il necessario. Situazione alloggiativa a 2 passi dai mercatini di natale e in pieno centro dove si può passeggiare per le sue vie e i portici molto caratteristici, parcheggio a pagamento a pochi minuti a piedi. Pienamente soddisfatto. Proprietaria molto gentile, disponibile per spiegazioni e consigli e prontamente reperibile al telefono. Da tenere in considerazione per il futuro!

Appartamento centralissimo e accogliente. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Ottima la pulizia, riscaldamento eccellente. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort. Splendido soggiorno per i mercatini di Natale

Appartamento molto spazioso, ben pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Padrona di casa gentile e premurosa. Siamo stati in questo appartamento per i mercatini di Natale 2 adulti e 2 bambini e la posizione è ottima si trova in centro a 5 min a piedi dai mercatini.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’alloggio è accogliente, arredato con cura e con grande attenzione ai dettagli. La cucina è molto ben fornita e spaziosa, completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici e delle stoviglie necessarie. L’appartamento è molto grande, luminoso e soprattutto pulitissimo. La posizione è perfetta: si raggiungono il centro di Merano, i mercatini di Natale e la birreria Forst comodamente a piedi. Il parcheggio a pagamento è vicinissimo, a soli due minuti di cammino, quindi molto comodo. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, che ci ha accolti con grande cortesia e ha risposto a tutte le nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Wunderbar

Bequeme Betten, Küche toll ausgestattet, geschmackvolle Deko, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, einfach toll, das App liegt mitten in der Altstadt, parken in ca.150m Entfernung Tagessatz 18€, alles gut!

Letztendlich können wir nur das Treppenhaus erwähnen. Die drei Stockwerke zu erklimmen dürfte nicht allen Gästen entgegenkommen. Das wird aber in der Beschreibung erwähnt und hat uns nicht gestört. Älteren Herrschaften mit Gehproblemen ist das Appartement nicht zu empfehlen.

Een heerlijk, ruim appartement midden in de stad Merano. Op loopafstand van bijvoorbeeld Therme Merano. Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht en van alles voorzien. De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Het appartement is op de 3e verdieping, er is geen lift. Voor ons geen probleem maar goed om rekening mee te houden.

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Wohnung! Sie ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, extrem sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist unschlagbar, und ein Parkhaus befindet sich nur 100 Meter entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die unglaublich freundlichen Gastgeber, die uns das Gefühl gegeben haben, zu Hause zu sein. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Hervorragende Lage direkt in der Innenstadt, unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist super schön, gemütlich eingerichtet, geräumig und toll ausgestattet. Auch alltägliche Dinge wie Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze waren bereits da. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank nochmal!
