Stay in a construction zone

Very good location.

The apartment was very dirty when we arrived. There was construction dust and paint chips all over the living room. They did not clean it until the following day. We woke up on Saturday morning (before 8:00am) to construction noises. It turns out half of the floor is under construction. They stopped responding to my messages through the booking.com app.

The air conditioning was broken, so it was really hot in the apartment. The kitchen lacked basic supplies such as scissors, measures, cutting board.

Soggiorno in pura tranquillità e comodità

Posizione ottima , pulito, confortevole, anche se piccolo ma perfetto per una coppia

Non mi sono piaciuti molto gli sgabelli per mangiare, sgabelli abbastanza scomodi sembrava di cadere ogni volta che ti ci sedevi, visto che si inclinavano in avanti. Però “problema” abbastanza risolvibile con sgabelli a 4 gambe.

A due passi dal paradiso

La posizione ottima dell' appartamento, la vista dal soggiorno favolosa e la sauna ha completato il nostro soggiorno.

Possiamo consigliare solamente di applicare dei ganci per i teli doccia. Tutto il resto veramente ottimo

Groß, zentral, aber nicht luxury!

Die Lage ist super zentral. Das Apartment sehr großzügig. Die Küche modern und gut sortiert. Die Matratzen sehr gut und die Wäsche sauber.

Aber, es wirkt beim eintreten schon etwas abgewohnt, nicht luxury. Der Vorhang an der langen Fensterfront war zum Teil aus der Schiene gerissen. Die Wände teilweise verschmutzt. In der Küche fehlt der Wasserdruck und ein Reinigunsmittel für das Kochfeld wäre schön. Die Klospülung hing immer wieder fest und die Lüftung da ist stark verschmutzt. Die Glasschiebetüren zum Badezimmer ließ sich kaum schieben, etwas schwierig wenn man beim Duschen seine Privatsphäre schätzt. Der Syphon im Waschbecken ist verschmutzt. Wenn Bettlaken Löcher haben sollte man sie vielleicht entsorgen. Etwas Nacharbeit würde dem Apartment gut tun!

Die Lage war super alles sehr sauber

Die Einrichtung eher für jüngere Gäste. Bar Stühle am Tisch und die Polstermöbel sehr tief. Für ü70 nicht gerade bequem.

Molto piacevole

Il fatto che non c’era un posto dove posare le valigie non c’era undivanetto dove sedersi e le poltroncine erano molto scomode e basse e anche i seggioloni erano molto difficili nel sedersi!!!

Soggiorno nell'insieme molto piacevole e rilassante.

Ottima posizione, alloggio molto comodo ed elegante, molto ben curato e pulito.

Manca un vero tavolo: c'è solo un tavolino con sgabelli altissimi, non molto comodo per mangiare e decisamente scomodo se uno ha bisogno (come me) di scrivere a lungo al computer.

Mi aspettavo molto di più

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro (il contro di questo è la rumorosità fino a tarda notte e la mancanza di parcheggi liberi)

Avendo letto le varie recensioni ero un po’ scettica nel prenotare ma poi ho pensato, sono un po’ datate, adesso non ci saranno più le problematiche segnalate. Ahimè non è stato così : letto scomodo in quanto sprofondato al centro, cuscini extra morbidi, era come non averli. Tv che non prendeva i canali Mediaset, rubinetto del bidet completamente allentato, avevo paura mi rimasse in mano. Scarico della doccia che si intasava ed essendo aperta su un lato si rischiava di allagare il bagno. Mancavano piani di appoggio in bagno, bicchiere per spazzolini ed anche qualcosa su cui appoggiare le valigie che quindi bisognava lasciare a terra.

eine Enttäuschung

Die Lage ist an sich gut. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral unweit der Lauben an einer belebten Fußgängerzone. Das Bett ist gut.

Die gute Lage hat einen Nachteil: Es ist bis spätnachts und frühmorgens laut. Spätnachts, weil sich Passanten teils laut unterhalten frühmorgens, weil Cafés ihre Bestuhlung aufstellen und eine unmittelbar gegenüber liegende größere Baustelle ihren Betrieb aufnimmt. Man muss also nachts das Fenster praktisch geschlossen halten. Bei nachts Außentemperaturen von ca. 26 Grad ist das schwierig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert zwar, bläst aber die kühlende Luft genau aufs Bett. Schlafen ist also auch wegen der Zugluft problematisch. Die Fassade der gegenüberliegenden Sparkassenbaustelle verdeckt die beschriebene Aussicht auf die Berge zum größten Teil. Die Einrichtung ist zwar "apart", aber unpraktisch. Im Bad gibt es weder Haken noch Ablagen. Der Mischer des Bidets war lose. Die Dusche läuft schlecht ab, was dazu führt, dass der Badboden nach dem Duschen ziemlich nass wird. Einen Duschvorhang gibt es nicht. An den Fugen des unteren Randes der Dusche gibt es Schwarzschimmel. Das Zimmer war leider nur sehr oberflächlich bis gar nicht gereinigt. Im Küchenschrank stand noch ungespültes Geschirr. Es gibt weder Spülmittel noch Geschirrtuch. Auf dem Tisch klebte noch ein Rest des Essens der Vormieter, ebenso waren (Kaffee?)Flecken am Boden neben dem fensterseitigen Bett.

Buon appartamento in centro

Mi è piaciuta la localizzazione e la grandezza degli spazi, dal bagno alle stanze fino al salotto/cucinotto. Mi è anche molto piaciuta la vista dall'appartamento.

Non mi è piaciuta l'illuminazione dell'appartamento, l'assenza di Wi-Fi e la presenza di soli sgabelli per sedersi. La TV praticamente prendeva 4/5 canali (nel caso in cui piova durante il vostro soggiorno).

Super für WE Tripp

Die Lage ist grandios - ca 3min zur Therme Meran, selbiges zur Laubengasse und zur Promenade ca 2min, gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen

Hat ALLES gepasst - nur die WC-Bürste sollte rasch durch eine Neue ersetzt werden ANMERKUNG ZU DEM BETT- für meine Freundin war die Matratze perfekt, mir war sie viel zu weich hatte die Nächte und bis in die Vormittage Rückenprobleme deshalb dieser Smily

Non è stata positiva al massimo . C’erano troppe cose che non andavano bene ,più manutenzione non farebbe sicuramente male .Tv non andava bene , tende penzoloni ,porta di vetro per recarci nel bagno aperta bloccata ,letto con solo lenzuolo con angoli senza copri materasso e bucato , piumini che forse prima di essere stati messi sul letto erano stati appoggiati a terra . Asciugamani bidet assenti . ecc.

Die Lage ist toll

Die Lage ist toll, allerdings hallt es sehr aus der Fußgängerzone und die große Baustelle von gegenüber ist sehr laut. Kein Spülmittel, kein Handtuch um mal etwas abzutrocknen vorhanden. Der Duschkopf sollte mal entkalkt werden damit mehr Wasser aus der Brause kommt.
