Apartment Alpenflair City Meran

Wow! What a great place to stay. The apartment was impeccably clean and was in perfect shape. It looked brand new and had all of the essentials including coffee, dishes, glasses, linens, and pots and pans we needed for our stay. Michael was a great host and went above and beyond to explain all the apartment features, from the air conditioner, electronic blinds, recycling, trash, and the parking lot gate. He helped us park our van and get us settled into the apartment. The air conditioning worked well and was very welcome because we visited Merano during a very hot period (approximately 97 degrees Fahrenheit or 36 degrees Celsius). The unit is located in the hallway, so bedroom doors need to be slightly open to allow the unit to cool bedrooms. Because Michael's apartment is close to the old town, we were able to leave our van in the parking area the whole time we were in Merano and walk to restaurants, the old town, and the train station. We didn't go, but it would be a short walk to Terme Merano as well. After our stay, Michael reached out to check if we enjoyed our stay. We did! Overall, we had an amazing visit at Michael's apartment and would love the opportunity to stay again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment. It might have been nice to have a second bathroom, but the one bathroom the apartment had worked well for my family of 5 with a little bit of scheduling.

Sehr sauber, gut geräumig, ruhig, nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Haltestelle. Sehr netter, freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter!

We had a great holiday in the Alpenflair City apartment. Michael was a great host who could be reached at all times. He was awaiting us with the keys when we arrived and gave a thorough explanation about the apartment, A/C system, blinders, garbage disposal, parking in the private garage etc… The place was great. It was a very clean and cozy apartment with a superb location, being practically next to the Thermen and a 3 minutes walk to the city center. Parking was possible in the private garage. The A/C proved to be working very well. Wifi was great and we could watch Netflix on the TV in the evenings. Beds and pillows were very good as well. Being this close to the city was very convenient. All in all we had a marvelous holiday. Highly recommended!
