Bellissimi e moderni appartamenti situati poco distanti dal centro, la vasca idromassaggio è un bel plus per chi volesse approfittarne, letti comodi e cucina attrezzata. Perfetto per chi desidera rilassarsi in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno.

Es war sehr sauber und genug Platz für Familie mit zwei Kinder (10J und 6J). Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat immer blitzschnell geantwortet und reagiert!

Bisschen lauter, weil es nah an einer Straße ist.

Appartamento pulito, comodo e spazi ben organizzati, facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, buona comunicabilità con i proprietari per qualsiasi problema.

Aggiungerei alcune pentole, utili se si soggiorna per più giorni e si vuole cucinare in casa.

Waren von der Unterkunft aus o.a. Gründen nicht sehr begeistert. Sind eher abgereist. Die Stadt Meran und Umgebung, die

Sehr modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber, tolles Bad.

Andauernder Verkehrslärm, Blick vom Balkon auf eine mehr oder weniger verwahrloste Garagenzufahrt zum benachbarten Mietshaus. Dessen Fassade und der Blick auf dessen ungepflegte Fenster und ebenso ungepflegt wirkende Balkone lassen kein Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien ist unzureichend. Deutschsprachiges TV gibt es nicht. Nur Netflix Streaming mit Vermieter Account war möglich. Der Versuch deutschsprachiges Programm über Internetbrowser zu streamen brachte nur ein stockendes, klemmendes Bild.

Meran

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet, Der Gastgeber hat uns noch um 22 Uhr persönlich begrüßt, alles gezeigt, seine Tochter hat dabei gedolmetscht... Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Tolle, neue Unterkunft ca. 1,5km vom Zentrum entfernt die keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Sehr schön eingerichtete und sehr neue Unterkunft. Alles war vorhanden, inkl. Bettwäsche und vielen und großen Handtüchern, die Betten waren bequem und die Absprache lief hervorragend.

Eine Klimaanlage wäre bei teils 40 Grad draußen super gewesen - das war auch das einzigste was gefehlt hat.

Gostei muito do apartamento está novo tudo muito bem decorado tudo bem limpo, a Sigra que toma conta da casa muito Simpática atenciosa sempre disponível. Adoramos tudo .

Só falta alguns pormenores na cozinha mais alguns utensílios, e nas casas de banho alguns suportes para toalhas .

Top Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage.

Schöne moderne Einrichtung und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich wohl. Es war sehr sauber und es gab sogar Kaffee 🙂 In ca 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Meran.

In dem Zimmer mit den zwei Einzel betten ist ein Bett kleiner und für groß gewachsene zu kurz.

Super! Appartamento stupendo

Appartamento in villetta appena ristrutturata. Eleganza e comodità. Materiali e arredi di pregio. Camere comode e confortevoli. In appartamento non mancava nulla (abbiamo addirittura trovato le cialde di caffè e lo zucchero). La comunicazione è stata semplicissima e cordiale. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima, ci ha dato molte informazioni e aiutato durante il soggiorno. La zona è strategica in quanto è poco fuori il centro, che si raggiunge in un quarto d'ora a piedi. Parcheggio semplicissimo di fronte a casa. Super consigliato!
