Good

Very tasteful design, big flat, nice bathroom. High quality equipment in the kitchen, great location. In general clean

I wasn't aware of the fact that I need to tell my exact time of arrival a few days earlier. The host has to come from outside of Merano to give the keys. A bit annoying if you want to change the time on the day of arrival. More Airbnb style than booking. Uncomfortable bed, I didn't sleep well for 3 nights. A bit loud from the street, you cannot sleep with open windows.

Nice short stay

This is a very nice and clean apartment on a great location. The owner is very friendly.

During our stay it was really warm in the area, which made the room very hot.

Good value for money in central Merano

The flat was newly completed just in April thus it is in immaculate condition. Location is quite central and it is easy to take the chair lift up to Tirolo or a bus up to many other mountain venues. The Terme is just a short stroll away across the river. There were quite a few food joints (Kebab / Chinese / Pizzeria / ICECREAM!!!) near by and also a Despar grocery shop just 50 mtrs away. Sabine was super welcoming and gave us some good tips on where to eat and shop for local speck and wines.

Merano is all "blue lines" and one must pay for parking.

La struttura è ottimamente rifinita con buoni infissi e coibentazione efficiente al punto da star ben riparati dalle temperature molto rigide di questi giorni. Posizione ottima con bar, supermercato sotto casa e con pochissime centinaia di metri si arriva in centro.

Sarebbe tutto perfetto con qualche accessorio x la pulizia in camera per i soggiorni come il nostro di 6 giorni. Solo questo

Komfortable Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Gastgeberin war einfach zu erreichen und hat individuell auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche reagiert. Die Zeit für den Treffpunkt konnten wir flexibel arrangieren. Auch haben wir viele hilfreiche Hinweise für die Umgebung und die Gastronomie erhalten. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und in einem top-modernen Zustand. Hier übertrifft die Realität sogar die Bilder!

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung (Nr. 2, 1. Stock) war bei meiner Ankunft sehr sauber und mit viel Sorgfalt vorbereitet. Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Beschreibung auf Booking.com entspricht zu 100% der Realität. Geschätzt habe ich die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und einem Starter-Kid an Kaffeekapseln, Tees, Olivenöl, Essig, Salz, Zucker sowie (frischen) Putzutensilien. Auch das Badezimmer war perfekt ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich, organisiert und hilfsbereit. Cool fand ich, dass Wert auf Abfalltrennung gelegt wird 👍🏼🌱. Die Lage ist super, 5min von der Flusspromenade entfernt, 2 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da die Wohnung zum Innenhof angelegt ist, gibt es keinen Strassenlärm.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Unsere Gastgeberin Sabine war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und hat uns einen tollen Urlaubsstart ermöglicht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut für aller Art Tagesausflüge. Bäcker, Cafés und Supermarkt sind direkt neben an. Die Wohnung war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es wäre optimal gewesen, wenn ein Bügeleisen vorhanden gewesen wäre.
