The ideal place to stay in Merano, taken care by an amazing couple og hosts.

The communication with the owners was excellent. They gave us very clear directions as to how to access the garage and the apartment, and they were always at our disposal and quick to answer any question. The apartment is situated perfectly in the city center with easy access to every possible service, shops, cafes etc. It was beautifully renovated, perfectly clean and very pleasant to live in. A very good relation value for money. Definitely the perfect choice.

The absence of a microwave in the kitchen might be inconvenient if someone doesn't plan to cook normal meals during the day and only looks for short, fast-made dishes.

Great flat in the center of Meran with some small critic

Great location - right in the center of Merano. The apartment was clean and owners were helpful. Great garage right under the flat. Very convenient location. Pretty big apartment.

Even though the apartment was very clean, there were some small cockroaches during our stay. The owners sprayed twice upon our request, but there was no effect at the end. Not a huge problem, but overall this experience was quite unpleasant. At the end they tried to blame us that we opened the windows and thus the bugs entered the apartment. Despite the bugs the flat was a great value, but a bit quite expensive if one considers the cockroaches.

Great location next to river/therme and around the corner from main shopping strip. supermarket downstairs! bus stops to merano 2000 and station out front. 👌🏻👌🏻 easy to jump on a bus and ski for the day.

main building door was broken but owners were super helpful at ensuring it didn’t cause problems.

Fantastic location! Clean, spacious 2Br apartment within walking distance to nearly everything in Merano (Christmas Markets, Terme Merano, riverwalk, etc). Large double bed and two twins would accommodate a family of four easily. Free, reserved underground parking a huge bonus for those arriving by car. Communication with hosts was seamless via WhatsApp. I’m going back…

Soggiorno confortevole e rilassante

Appartamento tenuto davvero bene, arredato alla perfezione, spazi sufficienti, disponeva di tutto il necessario, gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto!

Nella zona del portone di entrata si sentiva sempre odore di pipì di cane e nei pressi dell’edificio c’erano sempre gruppi di ragazzi che fumavano cannabis

Schöner Aufenthalt

Tolle Lage!!! Bus Haltestellen (Theaterplatz bzw. Rennweg) in alle möglichen Richtungen quasi gleich um die Ecke. Supermarkt ebenso und in der Altstadt/Zentrum/Sessellift/Therme ist man auch gleich! Zum Bahnhof ca. 10min zu Fuß. Für uns war alles perfekt zu erreichen! Balkon ist schön groß, Garage und Klimaanlage auch vorhanden! Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat auch sehr gut geklappt! Ein Brett zum schneiden könnte die Kuchenausstattung noch aufwerten, aber sonst war alles da!

Unterkunft gehört eher zum gehobenen Preisniveau.

Gegenüber treffen sich auf der Feuertreppe abends Jugendliche, die ziemlich laut und frech sind. Unter anderem bewarfen sie uns mit einer Wasserflasche.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Wie immer habe ich sehr viel Zeit investiert, die perfekte FW für uns zu finden. Es hat sich gelohnt, City Point Apartment Theatre hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Für ein entspanntes Ankommen sorgt der online check in, Schlüsselsafe, Tiefgarage, wird alles in einer PDF erklärt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet, tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants erhalten. Auf Grund der zentralen Lage, kann man das Zentrum von Meran fußläufig entdecken. Wer das Auto in der Garage lassen möchte, kann viele sehenswerte Ziele direkt mit dem Bus erreichen, Haltestelle vor der Haustür. Nun zur Wohnung selbst, die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hat uns bei den Temperaturen den Aufenthalt erheblich angenehmer gemacht. Stauraum und Ablageflächen sind großzügig, der XL Balkon ist der Hammer. Gleich im Nebengebäude befindet sich ein Einkaufzentrum mit Euro Spar, Drogeriemarkt usw. Die Gastronomie in Meran lässt keine Wünsche offen, doch wenn es nicht weit sein soll, dass Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bemerkenswert und die Inneneinrichtung stylisch... LA TERRAZZA !

L’appartamento era molto nuovo e pulito. Ottima anche la posizione, pieno di negozi e si arriva subito al centro di Merano. Comodo anche il garage con il posto auto.

Qualche difficoltà nel check-in ma chiamando la proprietaria è stata risolta immediatamente e con gentilezza.

Tolles Appartement in der Stadtmitte von Meran.

Wir haben uns in dem sehr sauberen Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat die ideale fußläufige Entfernung zur Innenstadt, auch die Garage... einfach toll. Falls wir wieder in dieser Region Urlaub machen, würden wir dieses tolle Appartement wieder buchen.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen, alles bestens!!
