Posizione eccellente a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, anche se a pagamento è disponibile un parcheggio chiuso, appartamento curato nei dettagli e accogliente. Philip sempre disponibile e cordiale nelle comunicazioni. Ci tornerò se ne avrò l'occasione!

Komfortable FEWO

Der Komfort und die Aussicht aus dem 8. Stock ist sehr gut. Die FEWO hat eine zentrale Lage und man ist fußläufig schnell in der Innenstadt. Der Balkon bietet einen weiten Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und Ortschaften.

Der gesamte Eingangsbereich von der Straße bis zum Hauseingang wirkte etwas herunter gekommen und die verschiedenen Aufgänge waren kompliziert strukturiert. Unser erster Eindruck war, dass wir eine FEWO in einem Haus mit sozialen Problemen gebucht hätten. Der Vermieter bietet keine Tourist Guest Card an und dies verkompliziert die Benutzung der Busse und Bahnen.

Otroligt fin stor lägenhet som kändes helt ny och fräsch. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område och har fantastiskt utsikt. Superenkel incheckning med tydliga instruktioner. Bra WiFi och bra AC.

Garaget var bra att ha och man bör vara fler än 1 person om man ska parkera en större bil där så att någon kan hålla koll då det var ganska trångt men vi klarade det utan repor.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage für sämtliche Aktivitäten. Sei es um in die Stadt zu spazieren (10min) oder den Bus/Zug in nahe gelegene Städte zu nehmen. Es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Alles war sauber und komfortable. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super einfach und schnell. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch super. Deshalb ein richtiger Geheimtipp für den perfekten Aufenthalt in Meran!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Apartment von Gastgeber Philip. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war einfach spektakulär – man konnte über die ganze Stadt und die Berge blicken. Das Apartment selbst war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Auch die Kommunikation mit Philip war super freundlich und unkompliziert – wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Der Ausblick vom Balkon war definitiv ein Highlight – ein traumhaftes Panorama über ganz Meran und die umliegenden Berge. Da kommt man gerne wieder!

Gastgeber hat sehr freundlich, professionell und schnell auch während des Aufenthalts auf Fragen geantwortet. Wohnung hat angenehm klares und reduziertes Design, Wohnungsübergabe /-rückgabe unkompliziert. Herrlicher Ausblick aus dem 8. Stock in Richtung Bozen.
