Nice and modern apartment with enough room and a kitchenette

Very nice and modern apartment with enough space and a kitchenette. Got the entry code in an app before arriving which was really pleasant to just enter the apartment after a long trip. The building and surroundings were very quiet, only thing you could hear was people entering/leaving from the apartment next door. Also a great view of the mountains from 1 of the windows.

Arriving back at the apartment late it was difficult finding parking. The fridge did not have a freezer compartment.

Appartment Franz looks absolutely stunning and stylish. Everything was cleaned very well, and care was taken in putting nice little details such as making a flower out of the toilet paper roll. Contact with the host was easy and she reacted fast to our messages.

Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort per due persone, vicino al centro e moderno. Molto bella la vasca, grande abbastanza per due persone. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa.

Gerne wieder - für uns war es eine super Wohnung!

ruhige Lage, Aufzug, Sicht auf die Berge (Franz-App.), neu und modern, großzügig - viel Platz für Gepäck

die Dusche läuft nach außen hin etwas aus, sehr hellhörig zum Sissi-Zimmer rüber - sonst aber ruhig.

Meran ist schön

Klimaanlage .. wäre ansonsten zu heiß. Und der Türcode..

Abfluss von der Badewanne ging nicht .. (auch in anderen Kommentaren vor paar Monaten gelesen ! Sollte dann auch behoben werden! Um das Apartment auch vollständig nutzen kann.) so wie der lockere Wasserhahn in der Küchennische… sowas sollte instand gehalten werden . Und der Fleck an der wand, neben der Klimaanlage .. wird mit der Zeit immer unschöner als Tipp für die Inhaber.

Erstmal guter Eindruck von der Einrichtung Die Betten waren gut Schrank hatte viel Platz und viele Bügel

Kochen war eine Katastrophe, da viel zu wenig Platz Der Wasserhahn war nicht befestigt Kaffeemaschine war nur ein kleiner Kaffeekocher aus Alu für 2 Tassen, der sehr lange heiß blieb. Daher erneutes Aufbrühen eine schwierige Aktion Keine Ablage für gespültes Geschirr vorhanden Waschbecken sowie "Küche" in einem dunklen Eck platziert Geschirr sehr spärlich, keine Biergläser, kein kleines Schneidmesser vorhanden Keinerlei Info im Zimmer ausliegend zum WLAN - Schlüssel, Schließen der Rollos, Gästecard etc. Die Lampenschirme waren alle schief Die angepriesenen Pflegemittel bestanden gerade mal aus Seife und Wattepads- und Q-Tipp-Proben Unsere Pflegemittel mussten wir rund ums Waschbecken platzieren, da kein Regal vorhanden Kein Balkon vorhanden, den hat nur Appartment Sissi Die Stühle sinken stark ein Der Wäschetrockner war mini zum Einhängen in die Badewanne Zur Innenstadt läuft man 20 Minuten Das Appartement nach Kaiser Franz zu benennen, ist ein Hohn

Wir fanden das Apartment super! Ruhiges Wohngebiet und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Komfortabel mit alles was man braucht. Aircondition funktioniert. Die Hosts haben schnell auf WhatsApp reagiert und wir haben alle nötige Infos bekommen.

Schöner und gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Das Apartment hat alles was man zu zweit braucht. Es ist super gemütlich und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Es klappt alles perfekt von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Problembehebung falls es welche gibt. Der Fussweg ins Zentrum ist etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten, also auch sehr gut gelegen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen, denn ein Aufenthalt hier ist nur zu empfehlen.

Falls man was bemängeln möchte wäre es höchstens, das wenn man nachts aufs Klo geht das Licht angeht, da es über einen Bewegungsmelder gekoppelt ist.. Das ist aber jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau.
