Located near the center of Merano, this cozy and well-equipped holiday apartment is ideal for a relaxing vacation close to the numerous thermal baths and the picturesque mountain landscapes of South Tyrol and the Passeier Valley (Val Passiria). The modern, 52 m² apartment with elevator consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom, offering space for up to three people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and shampoo. Start your day with a coffee on the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the greenery. A supermarket is only a three-minute walk away, while a bakery and pharmacy can be reached after 650 m, and cafés and restaurants are within 500 m of the apartment. From a bus stop just 150 m away, you can reach the charming center of Merano in only four minutes, where you can enjoy the many cafés, shops, and beautiful architecture. The famous Merano Thermal Baths are only three bus stops away and invite you to relax with their numerous pools, saunas, and leisure facilities. Several cable cars to the surrounding mountain peaks are only 10–15 minutes by car (5–7 km) away, and in winter you can go skiing after just 10 minutes by car (4.8 km), while many hiking and cycling trails start practically at your doorstep. Bolzano, the capital of South Tyrol, is located 32 km south of Merano.
