Appartamento centrale e comodo

Appartamento in posizione centrale, dietro al Duomo, in zona a traffico limitato, moderno e pulitissimo. Molto comodo per passeggiare sul lungofiume e per andare alle Terme a piedi. Interni nuovi, zanzariere alle finestre (tranne che in camera da letto), camera matrimoniale con materasso molto comodo e purificatore d'aria, cucina funzionale con a disposizione macchina da caffè, zucchero e cialde. Bagno grande con doccia molto spaziosa (ma senza bidet). Saponi in barretta per l'igiene (viso e mani e capelli e corpo) biologici a disposizione molto buoni. Ascensore dal garage ai piani comodo (riattivato il giorno della partenza, prima purtroppo rotto). Garage al coperto da prenotare, piccolo ma comodissimo e consigliato, perché nelle vicinanze non si trova (costa 15€ al giorno). Per 2 persone l'appartamento è l'ideale, per una famiglia suggerisco di cambiare la seduta del divano letto e di lasciare fisso il ventilatore a disposizione d'estate.

Il primo giorno la temperatura del sistema di raffreddamento a pavimento era troppo alta e il proprietario il giorno seguente ha provveduto a chiamare il tecnico per abbassarla e ha fornito un ventilatore per la zona soggiorno. Il divano letto era un po' affossato e la doccia essendo a filo pavimento tendeva ad allagarsi. Bagno spazioso ed elegante ma senza bidet. Suggerisco anche di lasciare più asciugamani grandi per la doccia e qualche cuscino un po' più basso.

Tolles neues Haus, sehr zentrale Lage, äußerst zuvorkommende, kompetente Betreuung.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Neu renoviertes Haus , sehr durchdacht angelegt. Im Erdgeschoss mit großer Küche + Esstisch, fauteuils und Buchecke. Der kleine Balkon ist nett zum kaffeetrinken.

Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist nicht ganz unkompliziert, aber die Einfahrtsgenehmigung in die Altstadt kam prompt vom Besitzer auf WhatsApp.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft in Zentraler Lage mit Verbesserungspotential

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Sauber.

Wenig bis keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Parken im Parkhaus kostet 2,4 Euro Pro Stunde und kann somit pro Tag schon über 50 Euro kosten. Diese Kosten muss man dann mit berücksichtigen, wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt. Leider kein Backofen, keine Pfanne. Ausziehbare Couchbett war ziemlich unbequem. Hauptbett im Schlafzimmer in Ordnung.

Grande comfort a due passi da tutto

Posizione centrale, comfort, bagno finestrato, dotazioni in genere, pass incluso per entrare con auto in centro, possibilita' di parcheggio nel box opzionale (assolutamente da prenotare, perche' altrimenti è impossibile parcheggiare in zona. Gentilissimi I proprietari che ci hanno permesso di lasciare l'auto in garage fino alla sera del giorno di checkout.

Aggiungerei un microonde.
